My dog got groomed there and was cut by the clippers. I was not informed at time of pick up. I have been given the wrong dog before. Yes you read that correct. I was given the wrong dog. I have two Golden doodles and I ask for them to be crated together. And when I came to get my dogs they handed me one of the wrong dogs. The pictures are graphic in nature. I would not recommend this groomer to anyone. She is better now thanks to the vet. The groomers did pay for her vet bill. Minus the ear Infection they gave her due to the water they got all in her ear. Her ears were good before this They got 1 star because they actually paid for her vet bill. read more

Great lady who owns the business and her customer service implementations are great. However, she is pricey and the dogs are cut in a very interesting "fluffy dog" type of way. They have big tails and ears but the body cut is very close. She will fix it if you would like to. read more

This place comes highly recommended by me. I have a long haired Sheltie with a very thick coat and they thoroughly removed all the undercoat I brushed her after taking her home from getting groomed here, absolutely no loose undercoat or loose fur. I was so impressed because other places I took her still had lots of undercoat left that I had to remove myself. The staff is prompt and very friendly. The salon smells and looks so clean and inviting. I truly and completely trust the staff at the salon with my pet. I have no doubts at all while she will be in their care that she will be well taken care of and that she will be safe and not traumatized or stressed. This salon seems to have high volume of patrons which speaks for itself. They truly care here. They seem to want more than anything to please you as well as your pet. Took my dogs for grooming last week and they did horrible on haircuts. Fur was uneven and had gashes in fur. My poodles look like they were groomed by me and not a professional. Two of the dogs also had razor burn. I will not return. read more

I took my fur baby to Bravo in the past. After I moved I started taking him to a Corporate groomer and a groomer injured his eye almost a year ago. According to the Vet, his eye was damaged and has healed but has scar tissue on his eye bulb. I have been livid and had not gotten him groomed since. I tried to groom him myself however, he has been so traumatized from his experience and is now partially blind. He would let me near his face and his hair was a long mess and matted in places regardless of my efforts. I contacted Bravo scheduled an appt and spoke with Casey. I explained the entire ordeal as well as my concerns about how he would behave being groomed as a result of the trauma he had endured. Casey reassured me that they would take their time and he would have to be cut very very low to basically restart his hair growth Her and the groomer were so accommodating and kind. Debra could not be more welcoming and she has the nicest smile. I've been taking my three dogs here for years and it's the only groomer in the Loganville/Monroe area that has consistently done a quality job. They are always reasonably priced and they offer specials and discounts and coupons at different times (which are always helpful am I right?? ). I also love that they support local artists and crafters by selling locally made animal products in store...super cute items too! All around they are just a high-quality family owned small business and a delight to work with. read more

My first visit with them was great. However my second visit was nothing short of horrible. I brought my two dogs in for a full groom. I got a call after saying that my shih tzu was aggressive and they could only do a mini...OK..fine with that. However when I get there all was done was her face. I still paid the full amount. $120 for both. Here is where the problem comes in. The groomer....older guy with dark hair...tells me that I need to watch my poodle because he was humping my shih tzu and he had to put them in separate kennels. He even made a joke on how my poodle has a girlfriend.I told him I keep them separate at home. I didn't think anything of it until my shih tzu....who is not a year old....is pregnant. I talked to the owner and she claims nobody remembers anything but I'm sure there are cameras in there. My problem with this is why put them in the same kennel just because they are from the same home especially if you don't know if they are spayed! No one asked me if it was OK. The owner...Debra...just claimed it was miscommunication on both parts. I however feel is is irresponsible to kennel them together especially if you don't know they are spayed. Now my puppy is pregnant and along with that vet bills. Even more important she is not a year old and going to give birth. Debra took no responsibility at all. Even my vet said they shouldn't have been in a kennel together without my permission. It's common sense not to put a female and male together without the owners permission. She didn't even apologize just said it was miscommunication. I'm usually not the one for confrontation because I if was I would have made a fuss when the groom was a mess...but I didn't. I took her to another groomer and paid again! The biggest part for me is not even admitting they made a mistake. I'm not letting this go. I'll be on every review platform letting them know this is how they do business. I will be going to small claims after the puppies are born with all my bills incurred. No concern if my puppy is ok when I talked to her just trying to justify why it was OK to kennel two dogs together...not knowing if they are spayed. Today I took my puppy for her first grooming! During this covid-19 I know it's very hard to go into places and actually get to see the store very well or stay there longer. I have to say though despite everything going on when I dropped her off they greeted us very well and were very friendly. I was worried that she might act up or not corporate very well but funny to know once I picked her up they told me that she had done very well and had no trouble grooming her. It gave me relief to know that she behaved very well also seeing how excited she was kept me even more calm. She smelled amazing and her fur was very soft! I think I've finally found the grooming spot for my babygirl. So I highly recommend this place you guys! Remember stay safe and blessings to all! read more
