We have been loyal customers since our first dog, and it saddens me to say that our recent visit has left us questioning our continued patronage. Our dog recently experienced severe skin irritation after a grooming session, leading us to an immediate visit to the emergency room and subsequent vet consultations. This has been an incredibly distressing experience for us, as we have never encountered such issues in our previous visits. What has added to our disappointment is the response we received from your team. Instead of acknowledging the possibility of any responsibility, the groomer was defensive and dismissive even when we provided our vet's medical notes. We understand that accidents can happen, but the lack of empathy and accountability in your response was disheartening. Moreover, we were disheartened to overhear your employees nitpicking about our complaint, thinking they had put us on hold. Just moved here and made an appointment for my 14 year old dog. Got lost on the way, apparently if you miss your exit during a winter rain storm its a big detour... so was 20 minutes late. Arrived and the door was locked and it looked empty inside. Rang the doorbell and a lady popped her head out the front door. She looked at me and simply said "no, too late" and closed the door. No attempt to be understanding or even offer another day to be groomed. Just said no. Truly amazing. read more

i've been here more than five times for my 20 lb daschaund. and recently brought in my new fur baby that's a schnoodle. two different energies between the two, but i'm happy the groomer has been able to handle them both at once with no problems. they did however forgot to clip my schnoodles nails and when i followed up with that, they quickly offered for me to go back in and have it resolved despite the language barrier. i suggest to make an appointment beforehand, it's rare when they accept walk-ins. read more

Very bad grooming service. Only took my pet for twice. The first time that my pet went for grooming resulted with his balls having bruises. The second time ended up with having my pet nose irritated because of what the grooming person said that my dog has tangled hair. This store is only concerned about charging more money without providing good quality of grooming. Very irresponsible and like to try to push back their responsibility to your pet. The worst grooming service ever. Make sure you check on your dog after getting grooming from them. Won't ever go to this grooming service. read more

I have taken my dogs there for boarding and grooming and I have always had a pleasant experience. Since my mother and I speak Korean, that is the language we use to converse but I think if need be, the receptionist is able to speak English too. The cost of boarding was the average for most places, but it also included a groom. My yorkipoo always just gets a shave down with very little scissoring work so there's isn't much fine detail to worry about. However, I do notice that other grooming places I have taken my yorkipoo would something make his cut shaggy and the transition is not as smooth as when he gets his cut at Me & My Dog. read more

I must say Me & My Dog is by far my favorite place to take my babies to be groomed! Bria and Caleb are already super cute dogs, and these groomers are able to enhance their cuteness even more! The dye job (yes it's safe) on Bria is always interesting and adorable. My dogs are treated with respect and care here. Ashley is always available to answer questions I have, and to schedule their appointments. She's sweet and takes her time explaining the charges and services available. The groomer is a quiet, and sweet lady...she's very gentle with my babies and this is the only groomer they've ever liked! My dogs are always calm and relaxed when I pick them up and I'm pleased with that. I trust Me & My Dog to do a great job, and they always have! If you are tired of taking your dog to PetSmart and having bald spots on the dog after a shave, I would recommend this place. I took my Australian terrier and shaved him down for the summer and he looked great. I also took my long haired dachshund for a summer shave and no accidental bald patches. I don't know how they miraculously clip both of my dogs nails because they would not let me go near them when I bust out the nail clipper. They make sure they keep the nails long enough that it doesn't bleed. They display their pricing, which I really like so u know exactly what u need for the dog and how much it will cost. Tax is included so the price listed is what u will pay. For $45 full service, your dog gets bath, ear cleaning, anal gland extraction, nail trimming, whole body shave, and perfume. Make sure to tell them if you want hair around the ears or face to be left unshaved because they will literally shave every part of the body. Make sure u call ahead for an appointment because they are booked most of the time on the wknd. Usually takes them 2-3 hours so you will need to drop the dog off and come back later. They don't charge any extra if they have to keep the dog longer due to your schedule. I have dropped off my dog in the morning before work and picked him up after work during the weekdays, which is an added bonus that is free. They will leave your dog in a play room with other dogs unless you specifically request your dog to be in a kennel because they are not good to be with other dogs. Some people seem to have complained that this makes opportunity for flea infestation from other dogs. But I did not have any issues with this since my dogs are treated for fleas with monthly drops and this prevents fleas from getting on them. If you just need nail clipped, it's $15 and they welcome walk ins. They will be done in 10 minutes. If you need to just have small areas trimmed or shaved, I think it's $25 if i remember correctly. Between full shaves a couple of times a year, my dogs just need nail trimming and hair shaved off from their paws or around the eyes so I like that they have this cheaper option. My dogs are happy when I pick them up from this groomer so I think they are pretty gentle with the dogs. The reception also has your number connected to client file so when you call them from your phone, they automatically know the name of your dog and what breed. It's always pleasant to they know your dog before you even start talking. It is a Korean owned establishment but you won't have any issues with communication since the receptionist is fully bilingual. The groomers, not so much. But she does a great job so I can't complain. read more

The receptionist was great and asked what I wanted and provided an accurate time. She was extremely helpful especially since I don't speak Korean. The groomer did an okay job with my maltipoo. There were a lot of patchy areas, but they said that it was because my dog has very sensitive skin, so they wanted to be careful about shaving in some areas. I know my dog has sensitive skin, but my previous groomers were always able to groom her haha. What makes me angry is that I took her to get groomed on Saturday, then on Sunday morning, as I was sitting on the couch with her, I noticed a flea on her. Now keep in mind, my dog never ever goes outside. She uses potty pads indoors. She doesn't interact with other dogs except with her mom(lives in the same house), who also never goes outside or interacts with any dogs. So I instantly bathe her in dawn soap to kill the other fleas. This made me so angry because she had just gotten back from the groomers. They already bathed her, so I had to bathe her again and dry out her skin even more. My bf's mom is Korean, so she called them for me and spoke with them, and they just claimed that all the dogs are kept separate, and none of them had fleas. What?? But all of your yelp pix show the dogs running around in the back room. Although you might have separate cages, it looks like you let them run around together. They even had potty pads scattered about. Also, it doesn't matter if any of the current dogs have fleas. Any previous dog could have infested the place with fleas, so they need to do the proper cleaning and pest control to maintain that. Btw- this place REEKED of pee. I couldn't bare it. My small maltipoo did a full grooming for $45. read more

I've been a loyal customer to Me & My Dog for over 7 years. I definitely noticed the decrease in quality of the haircut as the prices has drastically increased. I am curious to why this has happened, but I do believe that there may be a new owner. This is unfair for a loyal customer like me to be discovering that this hair salon is becoming to be money hungry. They do not care for my dog's dental hygiene as they used to because now they charge me more without even brushing my dog's teeth. I have to constantly trim my dog's face hair because they do not groom his hair short and cute from the beginning. I definitely recommend you to take your fur babies to another dog salon if you want better quality for a decent price! read more

A nice Independent pet groomer. Of course they are slightly expensive than big brand pet store like petsmart and petco. You pay premium personal service for that. Our standard poodle has been groomed here and they always did great job. I would recommend them to anyone who cares their pet. read more

First visit was good because my dog got a great haircut and the prices are excellent! 2 nights 3 days was only like $85 which included grooming and wash. However only reason I don't give it a 5 star was because the second visit they barely groomed Ellie and she looks almost the same as before. I would definitely come back. These guys do the best job with our miniature schnauzers. We don't go for the typical schnauzer look, and they always follow our instructions really well. Our dogs come out of here looking better than they do from any other groomer we've tried, and the price is very reasonable. read more

This place is so unprofessional, it is ridiculous. My dad is in his mid 60s and he wanted to have his dog groomed so he made an appointment but totally forgot about it. I understand it is my dad's fault for not going after making an appointment. But the owner told him that he cannot have his dog groomed there anymore., EVEN AFTER MY DAD APOLOGIZED. His memory isn't very good anymore. How ridiculous is that? After many years of going there(we have 4 dogs), of bringing A LOT of business to them( my friends got their dogs groomed there after I told them about this place). They must have a lot of business to be treating customers like this. I'll find another place for my dogs, NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN. read more

I've been going to Me and my dog for as long as I can remember. I loved their grooming service as they did a great job cutting all my dogs fur. One of my pups, Mimi (5lb Maltese), does not like to be groomed and can be a difficult dog to groom. Knowing this when they initially told me that they had to charge me an extra $5-$10 I complied. Yesterday my mom took Mimi to Me and My Dog and when she went to go pick her up she told her that she would have to charge an extra $20 for Mimi from now on because she was difficult. That means that now I'd be paying $70 + tip for my dogs grooming which I find to be quite ridiculous. How does it go from an extra $5-$10 to $20 more for each grooming? I feel like this is their way of uncharging customers. Also, while Mimi was at Me and My Dog, I'm assuming that they left Mimi in her carrier while they were working on other dogs and Mimi had pooped in her carrier and had smudged it all over inside because who knows how long they kept her in there without checking up on her. After her haircut my mom had gone to pick her up and two ladies came out with Mimi and the carrier and they told my mom that they didn't clean the carrier which she has spoiled and also did not even offer any paper towels/wet tissues so that my mom could clean it herself. My mom then asked for some wet tissues which they said they didn't have any so she saw some paper towels and asked for some to be wet so that she could clean it herself so that she could take Mimi home. After she cleaned the carrier my mom was paying for Mimi's grooming and on the way out the employee had told my mom that they will no longer accept Mimi as one of their customers. Being such a loyal customer to this place for YEARS, I can't even begin to understand the rudeness and unprofessionalism they displayed yesterday. I will not be returning to this place ever again. I'd advise everyone who goes there that extra "fees" for your dog being difficult is just their way of charging you more. read more

I would not recommend this place. First owner did great job on my baby but ever since owner changed it was terrible. There were multiple cuts on my dog and they didn't say a word when I picked my baby up. They are Not a animal loving people at all.
