Well, we not only had a great time learning a new cuisine, but we made some new friends in the process. The studio is in a private home, so the setting is very intimate and private. So, if you have never touched a cooking utensil before, you are definitely in good hands here. If you have, then this becomes an art in learning new and exciting foods and the history behind them. After the food is prepared, we all sit down to dine together and engage in conversation over the meal in which we all took part in preparing. Such fun! Be aware that the studio is BYOB, but the studio does provide wine glasses and soft drinks. We had such a great time that we are hoping to do this again soon. We made a very yummy dish called Bibimbap. It is filled with so many yummy flavors staring with fresh vegetables and your choice of protein. The cooking experience as well as the final product were DELICIOUS!!! There were also many extras offered by Sue and her hardworking staff like dumplings, cucumber salad, kimchi...
