It was bizarre from packaging (non-recyclable styrofoam container over paper wrap) to a hoagie made by someone that clearly knows nothing about hoagies - Wawa does a better job. I asked for oil and vinegar - and they didn't put it on the roll which is traditional. So when I picked it up all this oil came spilling out of the sandwich because they put it on the meat and cheese. And I tasted no vinegar. The tomatoes weren't sliced, as is tradition, but diced. That's just a sin in hoagie etiquette. Same with the onion. I took the whole thing apart when I got home, got out my own vinegar and olive oil out, and made it the right way. The roll was good.

A lot of Philadelphia pizza is doughy or has a lot of crust. This pizza was big slices, very small crust, excellent portions for slices, and truly hit the spot.
