Victor was kind and quick. His price was one of the best out of 8 or so I got. Replacement for a single, side quarter/vent glass took about 30 minutes. He made sure to vacuum the broken glass inside the door card and interior of the car and wiped down the windows after he was done. Told me theres a lifetime warranty on his labor. Victor needed to borrow a dust pan and broom, which he probably should already keep in his truck for the type of work he does, but I had one nearby anyways. Tip for others: if you want your broken glass vacuumed, best to have your car serviced near an outlet so he can plug in his shopvac. And if you want your replacement glass tinted, tell him before so he can get it done. Tint price seemed pretty reasonable. read more

Friday afternoon, the window to our Ford Truck came loose and fell off the track into the door. I took the chance and called after hours to Bravo Auto Glass. Shockingly, Victor answered the phone and offered to meet the following morning. He sent a text about 30 minutes prior to our meeting stating he was on his way. Long story short, I got my back window broken and the next day I called them at Bravo and in an hour they came and fixed it. The very next day, I'm on the highway and a rock hits my car and hits my cars moonroof which shattered it. I did have to wait a little longer on them to get the specific glass but when it came, they did the job in under 20 minutes. I needed a new windshield for my wife's Toyota Corolla. Bravo's Auto Glass was half the price of a major national chain. Last week I took the car to work and Victor came out to replace the glass in the parking lot. The work was done perfectly and quickly, and the windshield looks just like the original one (with the black shading dots in the middle). Victor put my mirror on the new windshield and even pulled off the oil-change sticker and placed it on the new windshield. I don't do reviews I'm not a critic or a karen. But after Victors services I feel its only right. As a small business owner the main thing I look for is customer service and efficiency. When I was quoted to fix a shattered window on my car. Victor had the lowest prices. After I replied he called me asap and said he was on his way already. Got to my house as soon as we got off the phone. He's quick and respectful. He vacuumed all the broken glass and put my new window in. Found that my window regulator was broke so he went ahead and found a better priced one. Said he would come back when the regulator came in and do it for free. He left my window in place and locked so it wouldn't come down. After a week went by, my regulator finally came in so I called victor thinking he would probably forget.
