It turns out my convertible top needs to open for the windshield to be installed correctly--something I didn't realize. Because my top motor is currently broken, we couldn't finish the job, but I deeply appreciate Eduardo's honesty instead of him trying to force a bad installation. I had a leak in my 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport's windshield, and I noticed it was related to rust under the trim that messed up the seal. First off, best price out there, Eduardo did an awesome job, he quoted me $170 for using the same windshield and removing the windshield to clean the rust and reprimer the rusted areas. He did the work for $200 to remove the glass, remove the old glue to hold in the glass, sand down the rust and put special primer on the metal to prevent more rust and to increase the seal. After he finished the job, he showed me his step-by-step process to complete the job and that gave me so much peace of mind of how he did it and I am blown away. I will definitely go back again when I need a new windshield. read more

What started off as a beautiful hot summer day with no stress and no worries quickly became one of the most anxious moments I've encountered in awhile... a rock hit my windshield on the freeway. :( Right away I knew I had to come back to Brian's Auto glass because him and his team did a great job on replacing my last window. The small, yet, strong impact slowly cracked after attempting to repair temporarily. The waiting game for my windshield to arrive and having to match schedules challenged my anxiety because I had to look at it everyday. But not to worry, the day finally came and I am so relieved that my windshield was replaced. Upon arrival it was a packed shop. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes till service but I suppose another worker (who seemed free) said he will just get started on it outside within 10. I came prepared with food and slapped on my AirPods to be accompanied by my phone. They actually were done with my car so quick that I didn't even get a chance to have my meal! I have noted to them about my attached gps and dash cam but that was no problem. They even added extra material for my device so I can re-apply after my tint is done! Had a nice chat and was complimented on how nice my car was then I was sent on my way. This place makes my life easier and they're very quick to respond and answer any & all questions no matter what it may be. Understand you are going to a shop and not a retail business. I think this keeps their costs reasonable. All communication was professional and respectful. This was the best quote I received and I was able to bring the car next day for service. It was offered that I could stay in the waiting room, but it's also the shop office so I didn't want to be in the way of their business. I walked out paying the exact amount quoted, received a receipt with the warranty information, and no longer have a crack going through half my windshield. Replacement and recalibration was done in just over two hours. The rubber seal from the inside is more seamless on one side compared to the other, but I won't complain because I saved so much money and time. As long as it's safe, I'm good. read more
