Wow! Quality customer care and service. Seriously! I'm not sure I've experienced such dedication and good will from a team in a number of years. Driving north on 680, a small rock hit my windshield. It started to spread and covered the windshield lengthwise within a week. I had already reached out to some other services (listed on Yelp) early in the week and heard no response. Crickets. I called Elevate and the woman was so kind and attentive and even though I didn't have my VIN on me, she was able to deduce which windshield I would probably need. She wasn't going to book me until 100% correct. Did you know Windshields have heating and mirrors implanted inside? Technology continues to impress me. Once I got the VIN later That day, she gave me a 1 day time estimate to get the glass. The next day, I received a call that the glass received had scratches and they wanted to order me a new one.
