Things were going smooth until we turned onto a freeway entrance and the axel of our car snapped and we were unable to move. First of all, the people of canyonville are amazing. Long story short, towing company recommended Bill's since they were the only ones near and open (it was around 6pm) We get to Bill's and they're so friendly. Quoted us an extremely affordable price and told us it'd be done by noon the next morning. Perfect! Doesn't stop there; since we are from out of town and have our cat with us, they personally drive us in one of their trucks to a near motel that accepts pets. We get in for the night, next morning we walk back to Bill's and the car is ready to go and it's 10am! All I can say is if I wanted my car to break down, this was the most ideal and smoothest situation ever and that is a huge thanks to Bill and his staff and also the people of canyonville. Come to find out, after an hour on the phone, Good Sam doesn't cover that area, AAA doesn't cover RV's, and several towing services also don't cover that area or don't service RV's. So we decided to try to drive to the next town 23 miles away and hope we could find a garage in the morning. 10 miles or so down the road was a big truck stop, so we pulled off, and as we drive up to it see Economy Towing. We pulled into their lot, called the # on the sign for after hours help, and within 10 minutes, two people were there to take care of us. Not only were they friendly and efficient, they had the exact replacement tire in stock! They had us taken care of and on our way in less than an hour! Definitely call Economy if you need roadside assistance in this area of Oregon! They are the bomb!!!

He hadn't left yet. I was across the street. It was maybe 3 min of work and they left me stranded there. After I hung up the guy was there for another 10 min before leaving. I got better help from strangers than them. It was 40 min before my husband was able to take off work to come help me.
