I've purchased 4 Jenn Air Kitchen appliances from Jenn Air two and a half years ago from Bray & Scarff. During that time, every single item had to be repaired or replaced. Bray & Scarff service takes too long, 3-4 weeks for a repair and every time, they either don't know what to do or have the wrong part ordered. I would not recommend either the product or the dealer. read more

Whatever you do; do not and I will repeat; do not buy appliances and installations services from Bray and Scarff. During the installation process the installers completely wrecked my granite counter tops, scratch the new wood floors and did not install the stove properly. After more than three weeks; they have done nothing to fix the issue. They have done no follow-up and I continue to have to call for an update; which there are none. Time to get an attorney. Never, ever will we buy from Bray & Scarff again. Oh, the sales people are all about you before the purchase (we have made more than one). They sell you a warranty package and advise that you should contact them directly if there are any problems. Then they disappear! When we called as instructed, our saleswoman was not available and we were fobbed off on the 800 service number. Overlooking the fact that the dishwasher that was less than a year old required a new pump. Overlooking the fact that we waited two WEEKS for a repairman to come out. Overlooking the fact that the repairman was in our house for less than five minutes before declaring he had to order a new pump. Overlooking the fact that it was FOUR WEEKS before the part was received and an appointment could be made (for another 10 DAYS out!). Let's look at that fact that we were called on Friday evening and told the repairman would arrive the next Monday (today) between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. The appointment maker was on speaker phone and both my husband and I heard her say "between 1 and 5" and we asked her to REPEAT this -- which she did -- "between 1 and 5". My husband left his office at noon and was home by 12:30 p.m. At 4:00 p.m. he called Bray and Scarff to see how much longer he would have to wait. He was informed the repairman had us on his schedule for between 8:00 a.m. and 12 noon and had made a notation that we were not at home when he arrived. OF COURSE we were NOT home. We were clearly told MORE THAN ONCE that the repairman would arrive between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. After waiting WEEKS to have the dishwasher fixed (which why does a months old dishwasher need a NEW PUMP?) we are now waiting for the repairman to call us back. We will take our chances with the big box stores when renovating our daughter's kitchen this coming spring! WORST customer service possible! FOLLOW UP!!! My husband has now been advised by the service provider that HE (MY HUSBAND) CALLED AND CANCELLED THE APPOINTMENT. THIS AFTER THE FACT THAT HE WAS TOLD AN HOUR AGO BY THE SAME SERVICE PROVIDER THAT THE REPAIRMAN HAD BEEN OUT TO OUR HOUSE FOR THE APPOINTMENT AND THE REPAIRMAN MADE A NOTE THAT WE WERE NOT HOME. They are now offering an appointment for THREE WEEKS from now which will mean that it will be THREE MONTHS since we called to schedule repairs for a dishwasher that is less than a year old. I bought a Bosch dishwasher at the Lee Highway store. Long and short of story is that it is a fabulous dishwasher but after two years started acting up and making a lot of noise. It sounded like the Tardis when it was about to time travel. Anyway, after several visits to repair the unit, I got a brand new exact replacement Bosch dishwasher. Was only charged for the maintenance contract but who cares, this is a $900 dishwasher. Going into it, I had heard that Bosch could be problematic and purchased a service contract. Usually do as I have had high end appliances fail before. BTW, every service visit was promised between 8am and noon and every time were there by 8 or 9am. However, it was sometimes a week before I could get an appointment. I might be easy to please but after years of dealing with the Lee Highway branch find no reason not to continue to do business with them. read more

Horrible follow up on order. We attempted to buy a refrigerator, cooktop and downdraft here. We did get the refrigerator delivered after many calls, the cooktop we picked would not fit (certainly not their fault) but their lack of follow up has caused us to shop elsewhere. When we got our bill from Visa, not only were the charges for the cooktop and downdraft included but also the extended warranty that we had canceled within 24 hours of the order. I can deal with one or two mistakes, but , promised calls and deliveries not made....NO. Now I know why when I walk in here I'm the only customer. Never again. We thought we would try a smaller business instead of Lowe's or HD. Their price matched the others but the perk was that I could get reimbursed for delivery. As I was checking out that's when they told me about stair fees and fees to take my old appliances. Making it more expensive than others. Then I picked the date for delivery and somehow they got it wrong then when I let them know the date I had picked it wasn't available. So the salesman then somehow fit me in but it was for 6pm-8pm! And I never got the email for my delivery fee reimbursement or my refund for being charged too many "stair fees". Fair warning to check your receipts!!!! read more

I went to a big box store for the Black Friday specials as I was in need of a washer and dryer. I waited for a long time to be acknowledged and then after telling the associate what I was looking for and why I was told," well the customer before you bought this one". Seriously? I left and told a friend about my experience there. He suggested Bray and Scarff in Sterling. He said he always got knowledgeable help and exactly what he was looking for there. We went and Jim Arata was our salesperson. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I said I wanted an old school top load washer like the first one I had 27 yrs ago which actually got clothes clean!! I had recently sold our front load with our previous house and I didnt want another like it. He new all the ins and outs of the washers that fit my specifications and he guided me to ultimately pick a Maytag commercial top loader and the matching dryer. My white socks are clean again! This washer may seem old school but it is efficient ,has an agitator, and all kinds of bells and whistles. I bought a microwave/oven combination and a cooktop from them 2 years ago. It was an OK experience - I didn't appreciate all the "absolutely" and "no problem" you get while your buying your appliances but when there are fit problems, connection problems, follow up problems - all the friendly helpfulness is gone - in a big way. Two weeks ago a spice bottle fell on my glass cooktop and shattered it. Since I bought it from Bray and Scraff I called them about replacing the glass. They said they would send someone out - which they did. A gentleman came to my house, agreed that it was badly cracked, turned on one of the burners to make sure it still worked - then told me someone would get back to me with costs for repairs. He was there for less than three minutes - charged me $99.95 for an assessment that could have been covered by me sending them a photo. It turns out the $99.95 is NOT put against the cost of the repairs which both customer service and the "assessment" guy estimated at $300-400. A week later I get a call from B&S to follow up - overall cost of repairs $780.00 - parts & labor. With the original assessment fee - I'm in for $880.00. I checked with two other repair services - both were more than $300.00 less. One repair service told me that the replacement glass (which B&S wanted $598.00) was available for $349.00 online to me. Wholesale to B&S would be less than $300.00 and they marked it up 100%? Wow. I understand that everyone is in business to make money and maybe B&S doesn't care because appliance repair is not their main business. But I like to be able to trust the companies I do business with and I can't trust Bray and Scraff anymore. read more

I bought appliances from Bray and Scarf and when my sub zero built in refrigerator wasn't cooling I called their service department (I didn't buy the sub zero from them). The service guy said that the evaporator, which was still under warranty after 9 years, needed to be replaced, they would order the part and charge me labor for replacement. In the meantime I paid for the "diagnostic" visit. The service department called me back, said the part was no longer made, and they would send me a coupon good towards a new refrigerator. The sub-zero is a built in and replacement cost is around $8000 and I thought it strange that part obsolescence would occur on a 9 year old refrigerator. I went on the sub zero website where they list service people (Bray and Scarf is listed there) and called a great service guy from Reston who came the same day, He explained that (1) a part under warranty cannot be obsolete and (2) he could fix the refrigerator for a week with a coolant shock for 6 months while we waited for the part to arrive the next week. I purchased a service plan from Bray and Scarf for the built in oven and dishwasher I bought, but I will never use it. I will find the best appliance repair people on the web for that brand and just write off the cost of the service plans. read more

Purchased a refrigerator, which was scheduled to be delivered on the next available date. Got a call that morning to expect it between 4 and 8. At 8 got a call from the delivery driver that they were running late but would deliver it by 10. At 10 got a call if I would like to have it delivered the next morning between 9 and 10. At 10, after calling their delivery number, their driver called to say it would be another 2 hours, which I didn't have time to wait. Called my sales person, Mary Simmelink, and she called the delivery driver and said that I would get a call from him at 9 the next morning. Its 10:15 and still haven't heard from them. Canceled the order. This comes after my son bought some appliances and they never showed up for the delivery nor even gave him a courtesy call. When he called his sales person they said they couldn't contact the delivery people to find out the status. Have been a customer with Bray and Scarf for over 25 years but will never darken their doorstep again. The saga of Bray and Scarff's poor delivery practices continued. Got a call from the delivery driver a little before 1 that they were on their way. When I pointed out that he was supposed to call at 9, he responded between 9 and 12, which I pointed out that it was almost 1. He said that he had been trying to reach me but my phone showed no indication of previous calls from him. When I told him that I had cancelled the order because of the issue over delivery he started to argue with me: incredible. Mary Simmelink, the sales person, also called a little before 1:00 to see how the delivery was going, so it was obvious that her coworker shared nothing about me cancelling my order. She said that she needed my credit card information to cancel the order so again her coworker did nothing to resolve the issue. Only when I said that appears that nobody at Bray and Scarf cared about the issue she shot back that "I can't tell her how she feels". The credit card was cancelled, I hope, and we parted ways with no apologies or any employees of Bray and Scarff taking any responsibility for the multiple mistakes they made on what should have been a simple sale and delivery. Went to Sterling Appliance to buy the refrigerator and if they do the basic minimum to properly deliver and install my refrigeration I would give them a praising review and compare it to this nightmare with Bray and Scarff. read more

Will never do business with Bray & Scarff in Sterling VA again. I worked with salesperson Joseph Nwakanze to order a GE Cafe gas cooktop to replace our current GE electric cooktop. I made it very clear, prior to ordering, that we were using our own gas plumber (rather than the Bray & Scarff installation team) to run the gas line to our kitchen and hook up the new cooktop. I also made it clear that we wanted Bray & Scarff to ONLY remove our old electric cooktop and place the new cooktop in the space left by the old cooktop. I made it clear that we did NOT want B&S to do the gas hookup. Despite making this clear several times and being assured by Joseph that B&S would simply place the cooktop in the countertop without performing any gas or electrical connection, when the day came for the cooktop to be delivered and installed he suddenly told me that B&S would NOT place the new cooktop in the counter space since they were not doing the gas hookup. He also denied that we had any conversations about it. Joseph was also not very knowledgeable about the product in general. Prior to ordering, when I asked if we could get black knobs instead of stainless (which I had already researched online) he said they were not an option. When I suggested he check online he did and then said oh yes they are available. All in all my interactions with Joseph did not inspire confidence or trust that I was working with someone who was accurately representing the product or B&Ss policies. I specifically chose B&S expecting a more personal and specialized experience than I would have gotten from a big-box store - unfortunately this was not the case. read more

I cannot say enough nice things about Jim Arata and Bray and Scarff (Sterling). He responded (quickly) to text messages that appeared out of the blue. I had no idea what I was doing (hubs was busy doing something else). Jim walked me through how to do a virtual assessement, got the ball rolling and had my cooktop ordered with nary a snag. Unfortunately, we were #20 on the list (sad face). Jim explained it's a very popular item and he'd do his best, no promises, probably end of April or first of May. Called today 2 2/1 weeks after placing the order and it's in! I can have it installed at my convenience (uh, first available?). What a truly nice guy, never tried to upsell me anything, just answered my questions and was super helpful. I'm so stoked to get it installed and have nothing but good things to say about Jim. As said many times here, the service is absolutely poor. We bought the extended warranty which was a big mistake, locking us in to a month for any issue that you have with an appliance. First the phone call, then the service call to come out to verify you weren't lying to them on the phone call, then waiting for parts that you told them they needed to bring the first time, and then maybe you get the process completed in a month. The service management of this corporation is utilizing practices of the 1950s and hasn't figured out how to manage maintenance processes. Below is a customer contact note that i just wrote to them. i urge anyone to re-thing buying from these people. From the day of purchase and intallation to now i have had nothing but trouble with your store and installation crew(s). first my dishwasher was improperly installed causing a leak and black mold in my basement. 2nd the jenn-air fan wouldnt exhaust for more than 20 minutes. that one was replaced. the new one has been condemned by the gas company who said I was moments away from a gas explosion. Mr. Spencer who has been contacted a number of times sent someone out who checked the pipes and left saying that the unit was faulty. that was a week ago last tuesday. i am angry as hell right now and am posting this note to your website. if i dont have resolution to both the leak and the faulty Jenn-Air i will contact my lawyer. read more

Great experience from start to finish. We have a laundry closet that is not deep enough to fit most dryers (after the vents are installed). Brian McLaughlin (sales) was patient and professional, and helped us find a washer/dryer solution. After some investigating, he found us a set the could be configured to vent out of the side, so it would fit. Awesome! Our delivery/install team was great too. Anthony & Andre got held up on the 2 previous jobs and were running a bit late. They called us and offered to do the install, even though it was pretty late in the evening. When they arrived, they were courteous, professional & friendly (even though it had been a very long day for them). The stayed until the job was 100% complete, the laundry room was put back together, without cutting any corners. Thanks! We contracted with Bray & Scarff to do a kitchen remodel (appliances, counter tops, backsplash). For whatever reason, there were two contracts: one for appliances and the other for the rest of the work. I will say that the appliance acquisition and installation went perfectly. So did the installation of the counter tops. The selection and installation of the backsplash was an unmitigated disaster. It was the cause of a one month project being dragged out to four months. Briefly, the issues were: 1. A project manager that could not communicated well with the client. She could never properly explain how billing would occur, what credits would apply, and exactly what the final cost would be. It was only after my wife and I did a deep dive on all of the finances that we were able to finally come to the conclusion that, indeed, what was quoted was what we were charged. 2. The tile for the backsplash had to be ordered three times and each time it was a different style of tile. In the first two cases, the tile was ordered and subsequently we received a call two days later that the tile was not available. One wonders what that information was not available at the time of order. We finally selected another tile, but that resulted in a total redesign of the backsplash. 3. Tile installation: What a mess. When the sub-contractor started the installation it was obvious that the tile was going on the wall crooked with gaps between the tiles that were not consistent. We had to call a halt to the installation, have the sub-contractor's owner come to the house to look at the installation. Fortunately, he agreed that the tile has been put up incorrectly and that he would have the error corrected. He did, and the final work looks terrific. Bottom line: buy your appliances from Bray & Scarff, but find another firm to do tile, counter top, and cabinet work. 26 August 2017 Addendum: On the above date, our new (installed less than a year ago) JennAir gas cook top exploded when I turned a burner on. The explosion totally destroyed the cook top. Clearly, there was a leak of propane down into the cabinet underneath the counter and turning the burner on ignited the the gas. While we do not yet know whether it was the cook top that leaked or the gas line that Bray and Scarff installed this is another reason to stay away from the company. read more

Mixed Experience We had a good experience with the sales staff...knowledgeable, helpful and straightforward. Our issue was with the delivery/installation people and service/repair people. The delivery people dropped the dryer ( I heard a loud bang) upon installation. I asked if everything was ok and he said yes. The dryer made a strange noise and leaked water after they left. They also tracked dirt on my carpet. I called the company and they sent repair person who was a disaster. We called back and Schaff agreed to replace dryer as it was not right from the onset. Delivery people came again, got more dirt on carpet and installed dryer that again leaked after they left, luckily no weird noise. The same repair guy came out again but didn't bring a new hose like I requested multiple times in my various phone calls. Seriously? My husband ended up driving to their store to pick up a new hose and fixed it himself. read more

I have been trying to schedule for them to repair it for the past month. Either they cancel on me or push the date back. We remodeled our kitchen and spent quite a bit of time selecting a counter-depth refrigerator. A couple of weeks prior to delivery, I was checking the spec sheet measurements and called the salesman with my concern that the fridge wasn't any shallower than the regular refrigerator we were replacing. I was told that the sheet I was looking at didn't have ALL of the measurements and that I was seeing the depth when the handles were included. Still I had a hard time coming around to his explanation, but decided to see what it was like when it was delivered. It is NOT counter depth. So, it's on me for not pushing the issue, but I feel I was given a brush off when I expressed my concerns. The fridge itself is great so far, but we probably could've gotten by with the one we had considering the new one was $2,600! Buyer Beware! read more

Avoid this Company for purchasing appliances. The service for installation is a nightmare. The installation staff are not trained. Brian McLaughlin is a very lazy sales person. Once the sale is made he is done and has no follow up or follow through. The rebates take forever to receive and the check is sent as a postage card for the world to see that it is a check made payable to you. We purchased product on 11/4/2017 and upon delivery the dishwasher did not work and they removed our old dishwasher and we did not have a dishwasher for three weeks. They forgot to bring a portion of the cooktop so they had to come back a week later to install. The hood that was ordered had to be replaced two times. The microwave had a dent and had to be changed out a month later. No consideration to the fact that it was the holiday season. This company is all about money and not service. read more

Sales staff was helpful and knew their stuff but servicing appliances here is the worst.... I have a warranty program through them it took them 10 + days to come inspect the problem, 10+ days to get the part only to then call and offer me an appointment another 10 days out. When then arrived the tech opened the replacement part and noticed the part was broken.... so we start the process all over... 10 days to order a part and now a call that the part is in and then can schedule a service appointment another 10 days out... were now going on 50 days to fix a washer. If you are that busy please hire some more techs. read more

I live in Bethesda and I am not sure if the same service department handles the entire Washington Metropolitan area. It took them 10 days to fix my refrigerator. Waited for 3 days for the diagnosis visit which had to be during the only two hours which I had told them that I could not be home that week. It took them 2 days just order the part. They missed or ignored the previous payments and double charged me three times during the process. I was accused of not having paid and had to yell and scream over the phone to get them to find the person whom I had talked before (definitely check the actual amount of their charges on your credit card statement). The whole process was a nightmare. We had bought our appliances from them and had used them for repairs a few years ago. I don't know what changed over there, but I will never call them again, even for their warranty. read more

By far the worst customer service we have ever -- ever -- had with any company. Stay far, far away from Bray & Scarf. We bought a dishwasher and refrigerator -- more than $4,000 in all -- and have had never ending problems with them. We could take that if Bray & Scarf service department would stand behind them and fix them. But they don't. And they are nasty when you ask them to put the minimum effort into fix what they sell to you and following their contract. The motor in the Kitchen Aid dishwasher has broken three times. The service repair man flooded our kitchen when fixing it the last time, destroying the wood floor and the bathroom below. The woman in the service department came just short of calling us liars when we informed them of it. They were condescending, difficult to deal with and never apologized. They were nasty and rude. The refrigerator handle has come off three times in two years. Every time we are told we have to pay to have it reattached because the extended warranty we bought doesn't cover "cosmetic" fixes. Unbelievable. The freezer basket has broken twice, and it has taken nine months to deliver the last one, and we still haven't seen it. At first we were told we never filed the order and had to argue with the service department woman that we did and finally showed them the order on the service form. Again, no apology. We've used their email service on their Web site complaining what has happened and not one response, although they say they will get in touch with you. Absolutely unbelievable. I have no idea how this company stays in business. If we could spread the word virally on the Web about how horrible this company is, we would. Hope this helps you to avoid this company at all costs and never buy one appliance from them. Be warned: If you do buy something from Bray & Scarf, you will have headaches and maddening frustrations. Bought a hood for a wolf range hood on Sept 6, 2013 with a promised delivery date of 4 to 6 weeks. On October 15, I called to inquire about the delivery date. One hour later I received a call from the sales person to inform me that my item is on back order, and it will be at least 4 to 6 weeks more, but not guaranteed. I asked that the store manager call me to discuss the order. Jim, the store manager, called me and said that he will look into it and will get back with me in a day or two. Jim did not call me back. The sales rep called me Oct 18, around 11am to tell me that nothing could be done to ensure that I receive the hood in time for Thanks Giving. Where I have about 120 guests for dinner. I called back, and spoke to Jim again and the response was SORRY there is nothing we can do. I asked Jim for a refund over the phone. Jim said it can't be done it must be in person. We ordered a freezer from Bray and Scarf in Sterling. The prices were much lower than what were advertised online. Our sales associate Chip was very helpful in finding us what we needed. The delivery department was actually 15 minutes early for their delivery window! We haven't needed the service department as it was delivered and works great! Hopefully it will work for years to come and we won't need service but we did buy a 3 year warranty. read more

We bought a whole kitchenaid package from this Bray and Scarf location with Refridgerator, Dishwasher, Range and microwave...over $12,000. When our microwave stopped working and we called their service, 1 yesr after purchase, we were told our warranty had expired 10 days prior...they couldn't help us...but they could try to fix for $250 or so. Then a guy came to fix it, but never showed up even though we had taken the day off to be there. They rescheduled, sent a guy over who started to fix, charged us for work, then said we had to get another replacement part...which we had to pay for in advance. Two weeks later the next guy shows up and tells us the microwave will likely never work...that steel frame is exposed on the inside which will onlt cause sparking and further destruction...that if it were him, he wouldn't put the money into fixing it...that it was already virtually destroyed. so if that was the case, why did the first technician not say so? And how was the microwave faulty after 1 year and 10 days. In any event, we received no financial reimbursement, no "going the extra mile" to help us given how much we spent, and had a truly painful experience just trying to get them to come out and work on a fix...we were left high and dry and advisd to buy a new micowave. I don't recommend doing business with these people, I know I won't again. read more

Purchased the Thermador Freedom Induction Cooktop, Masterpiece Downdraft and remote blower. First cooktop delivered was the wrong model with a shattered top, 2nd cooktop delivered was obviously an open box that was missing all the hardware. Store manager was condescending and rude, stated that it was a manufacturer issue not a Bray and Scarff issue, claimed a restocking fee would be charge if returned as it was "Opened". Worst appliance purchasing experience I have had. Will shop elsewhere for the Sub-Zero fridge we are expecting to purchase soon. read more

What does it take to repair a dish washer?? I called for repair on Oct 8th. I was told someone would be out next Thursday. A week to get someone out!! The repair tech got there on time and said I needed a new control board and pump and I had a leak, my kitchen is on an overhang of the house, I check and the ceiling of the overhang was damaged under the house from the water that had come from the washer. Still no calls from anyone, I called a week later I was told that it has not even been a week!!! What?? The paper work for the parts did not go in till Monday. I asked to talk to a manger, no call back that day. I went to the store in Sterling and I was treated like I should be ok with an appliance down now for 3 weeks. I received a call from the repair manager on Friday, someone will be out there next Thursday, yet another week. I received a call today, parts are not in. This is not acceptable. The repair techs should be able to go online find the parts and tell if they are in stock or not, have them ordered with one click and move on to their next job. Waiting for parts should not take two week. When I talked to the sales man in Sterling I asked what the SLA's are for a down washer, oven etc. They don't have that. They are not concerned with how long your stuff has been down. In this day and age a company that does not operate on metrics will fail. They have no idea how to improve if they are not looking at what's wrong. Bottom line what they sell looks great but they can't repair it and you will get lip service from sales. read more

Horrible customer service. We bought a higher end dishwasher 2 YEARS ago and it never worked right from day one. I have had it serviced probably 5-6 times in 2 years. The dishes are never clean. The detergent won't come out of the door and the service guys have blamed it on the dish detergent, the water pump (that they replaced) and even that I shouldn't be using the pods, but rather the liquid. Now I'm getting a message on the dishwasher that says "Leak Detected". After doing dishes by hand for several days I was anxiously awaiting the repair guy today only to be told he had an emergency and isn't coming. I hope he and his family are okay, but now I have to wait until Friday and I can't be guaranteed a time that they're coming. I'm just tired of the incompetence. We are HOPING this is an installation problem and don't have to buy a whole new dishwasher but at this rate, I don't know if we'll ever know. I don't recommend purchasing from Bray & Scarff because inevitably you will need something repaired and that's where it all goes south. read more

When dealing with him, I always felt that he was telling me the truth and helping me to pick the best option, not trying to 'up-sell' me. Hats off to Bray and Scarff, Jake and Jeremy for all their help. I had never purchased a major appliance without first having a look at the product, but Jake and his team at Bray and Scarff Sterling made this a reality. Interestingly, we had at first opted to install a floor model since we are planning on moving. When the unit arrived, the installers noted a problem with the door and immediately brought it to our attention. I understand these sorts of things can happen, especially with a unit that has been moved several times. Subsequently, I decided not to gamble and went with a top of the line new unit and couldn't be happier with either that decision or with Bray and Scarff's handling of the exchange. Jeremy, the Installer, was very professional and did the install on a Saturday. I did not catch the names of the installers who came out first, but I owe them a debt since it would not have been good to confront my wife with the broken door issue right off the bat. Scheduling repairs is never convenient and I would encourage everyone to avoid skimping when it comes to the purchase of something as important as a dishwasher. read more

My husband and I bought several kitchen appliances from Bray and Scarf. When the microwave came it was dented and took forever to get a replacement. Our glass top stove also had trouble and the paint was bubbling off. Again, service was horrible. I purchased an additional warranty and they still gave me trouble about fixing the stove. Easy to deal with until you have a problem. Bought several appliances including, double wall oven, cooktop and dishwasher. Installation was poor but Customer service even worse. In the first week, cleaned the Jenn Air cooktop with soap and water as recommended and the laser etched markings came off. When we told the story they basically called us liars saying it was impossible. Even though we purchased an extended warranty, their best offer was for us to pay $900 for a replacement for the $1600 cooktop, making our outlay $2500, totally unacceptable. read more

Installation of a gas range worked out fine but be aware a permit is required in Fairfax County when installing a gas range.

Both - the sales and the installation experience were excellent. The Installation guys - Micha and Edox were great, they set everything up in a record time,were very professional and were mindful of the floors, doorways and the furniture that happened to be in the way while hauling in the new washer, and disposing of the old one.
