He was great gave us different options at different price points also he helped figure out what I was trying to explain (I told him I don't know all of the technical names of the things, but he was able to decipher) and help us think through what we needed. Darin super knowledgeable! Now a few other points of advice if you are a first timer, pictures of what you want to do helpful even if they are inspo photos, if you've got space measurements even better. They sure are happy to sell appliances but not to stand behind them. He immediately took me to the charger aisle and tested a universal charger on my laptop. It saved my day as I had a virtual highpower meeting to attend that evening. I called the store several times in Sterling and asked for the manager to call me. Still has not called. They take no ownership in their products they sell. I think Bray and Scarf used to have a good reputation years ago. But that's clearly over. I will never buy anything from this company again. Sadly you get better service at the big box chains. Update: The repair technician came to my house, and the parts he brought did not fix the machine. GE advises ordering additional parts. I called Centricity, the warranty company (All warranty claims go here). They told me that Bray and Scarf have not yet sent them the request for repairs. This is 4 days later. Additionally, the technician informed us that Bray and Sacrf do not determine when they reach a decision on whether the machine is unrepairable. However, Centricity told me that it is the technician from Bray and Scarf who makes that determination. So clearly, no one wants to accept any responsibility So, I called the service department, and again, I could not get through to anyone. Waited on hold several times, then was disconnected. So I called the corporate number, and the receptionist told me that they are "checking the lines." I assume she meant there is a technical issue.
