Brayson's is some very good ice cream. It has a nice variety of flavors. Orders are taken at the window. Amazing there's not often a long line here. There's a few benches and tables. Has an incredible amount of flavors of ice cream. It even has one that's non dairy. They are pretty fairly priced for the quality. It's about $3 for a big scoop in a cup. They have all the classic flavors. For kids they have Superman and all the typical kinds they think is cool. They also have some more fancy ones. It has a non dairy mint chocolate chip. This is made with almond milk. Considering it's non dairy it tastes like real ice cream. The consistency may be a little watery but it's almost like the actual thing. Lots of cool mint flavor. There's also plenty of chips in it. Ice cream doesn't get much better. Plenty of choices to choose from. They accept credit cards and they allow dogs to eat with you. read more

After long days of staying in place we decided to go for a car ride. We found that this ice cream shop was opened. I felt sad that this like so many other places were so empty. There are some restaurants that offer take out or deliver. Because of the situation they didn't have waffle cones. We were told it was due to keeping everyone safe, etc. I tried the NY Cheesecake and my husband ordered the mint chocolate chip. We were served through a window. I think it was the owner that served us. He had gloves on, we had the window between us. It was only opened to take our order and closed again. It was served in a Dart white container and closed with it's lid. The utensils were given to us with a clean napkin. I can see that he took every precaution to keep everything hygienic for us and for him. Outside he has red "X"'s on the floor so that we are practicing social distance. Although there was no one on line. We went to the car and ate our ice cream. It was SO DELICIOUS!!!! I've never ate an ice cream with the consistency this one had. read more

Service was very nice. We were greeted immediately with a smile from the young lady at the counter. Impressively, our treats were made lightning fast. Ice cream was good- I enjoyed my banana split and husband liked his sorbet. Stopped here wanting a taste of good ice cream, we were not disappointed. I had coconut with chunks of chocolate and almonds. Very creamy and flavorful. Hubby had black cherry truffle. This little Parma staple is great! A few more vegan options then the overly fancy Ohio city creameries and a ton of unique and fun flavors! I really enjoyed the coffee and my wife is raving about the raspberry truffle. The ice cream was perfect texture and portions were great. This new ice cream shop is right out in front of the Polish grocery store! They have a few tables and chairs out front and a couple tables and chairs inside. It's small inside, but overwhelming with the sweet and sugary smells. It's so bright and happy inside. As for the ice cream, it's decently priced and they have a ton of hard flavors. I got a blueberry waffle cone in a cup with sprinkles that was creamy and delicious. The owner is also nice and accommodating! We stopped by on a late weekend after they were technically closed and he let us in while they were cleaning up. I wish I had taken more pictures, but you can't miss it on Ridge Road. There's a small amount of parking out front, but there's a lot of parking behind and at the CVS across the street. I would definitely recommend stopping by for a quick bite! read more

Love this shop, so many great flavors like bananas foster, Playdough, Cookie Monster, Superman, and way more. (They are kinda sorted adult flavors to the left and kiddie flavors to the right) Lots of toppings too. The gentlemen opened the shop early as he noticed we pulled in, he was extremely nice and welcoming! I like this is far enough from the road unlike some other nearby shops. Tucked away on a unsuspecting corner in Parma is Brayson's ice cream. Folks it's probably your best option for ice cream in Parma. Creative flavors that tickle the tastebuds of even the most discerning critic. I am not sure if it is homemade ice cream or the naturalness of the ingredients maybe more research into that, and the waffle cones left a little to be desired but as far as the ice cream goes I don't believe there is a better option for taste and variety than this gem.
