Strawberry Cheesecake Specialty Shake

Nice aesthetic, we were the only ones in the parlor so the service was pretty quick. The presentation & ice cream 10/10! Would definitely come back!

Strawberry Shortcake Specialty Shake

An amazing ice cream parlor close to Cleveland. I went with my family to try their super sized milkshakes. The strawberry shortcake milkshake really hit the spot. It was packed with soft vanilla ice cream, strawberry syrup, icing and topped with whipped cream. It even had a strawberry shortcake ice cream bar inside. Who wants to eat a regular milkshake anymore?! The service was fairly quick but it was a cold night so no one was really in line. The shop is small and there is no seating inside. I cannot wait to go back monthly to try another flavor. I have a serious sweet tooth.

I stopped to grab a shake my daughter wanted to try this place it was nice and hot so it seemed like a great ideal I ended u0 getting a strawberry banana shake it was pretty good it was hit outside so it was melting pretty quickly actually but overall the shake was good

I gave this place 4 starts for creativity, presentation and taste. This place is a total mom and pop shop and very old school. No inside seating and limited staff. They have a wide selection of all the classic flavors with an added twist. They are known for the extreme milkshakes and wow - they are really cool looking with the bonus of tasting fantastic. If it is a hot night, expect to wait. We got two shakes for a total of $24. They were well presented. We waited for about 15 min. Not to bad in my opinion, perfection takes time. The banana split shake was an explosion of all the flavors of a traditional banana split in a sip. The cotton candy shake had a whole mother ice cream inside! If you are in the area, you must stop and get a shake. Not to many shots like this still around.

WKYC recommend as an ice cream shop with speciality shakes. Do not order specialty shakes if you want ice cream. The add ons are plenty but the ice cream is very little. They look great but stops there. Spoons don't reach the bottom. The place is dirty in and out and unfriendly staff.

Delicious milkshakes. Had to try one of the fancy ones. Very decadent and you get to keep the cup!

Brownie Sundae

The ice-cream is good and they give you a lot, but my brownie was hard as a brick. I could barely eat it.

The shake was beautiful but the place was filthy. The only trash can outside was filled to the brim like it hadn't been emptied in days. The staff also barely spoke to us or said hello, smiled- nothing. For an expensive shake I won't be back. Not worth it.

This place was very dirty, greasy spoons and straws, boxes and food everywhere. The staff behind the counter didn't acknowledge us for 5 mins and we were the only ones in there? Won't be coming back

Oreo Cookie Milkshake

Went to the grand opening of this. This is during the CoronaVirus and they took it seriously. They were sanitizing they door handles when I came in. And I even seen them washing their hands so there are no concerns here. They provided a menu on one wall and the other had pictures of different items. Just how I like to order! I showed them the picture of what I wanted since it looked good. It was the Oreo Cookie Milkshake. They made it look and taste delicious. Not your typical common milkshake. It had a spin on it. Even topped it off with an Oreo. They have regular milkshakes for those that like that though. For the opening they were giving out free hot dogs with every purchase which was also good. The staff was very friendly and talkative. You weren't just a number to them. Very personable. It's a family business. It was the owner and his daughters. This is a place to defiantly try if you want a spin on ice cream.

Strawberry and Banana Specialty Shake

It was good but nothing special about the taste, just impressed with the looks. Cotton candy bar in the shake was just colored water, not much cotton candy flavor in the popsicle and the shake was more a strawberry flavor rather than cotton candy flavor shake. I will stick with Honey Hut ice cream when I'm in town.

The ice cream was good. I think you are really paying for the presentation. I would not go back but I can't knock them for having ice cream that was just ice cream. Nothing special a side from the look. It looks super cute though.

Pumpkin Roll Specialty Shake

This was a place I discovered a few months ago as I kept getting their ads on social media. They seem to highly promote their "specialty" shakes where it's served in a glass mug that you get to keep and decked out with awesome toppings! My first time here I kept it simple with the strawberry banana. For $8, they loaded it with strawberry and had a half a banana stuck in the top with lots of whipped cream and nuts on the rim. I thought it was perfect to eat for myself and not too sweet. I came back a few nights ago with my boyfriend. We decided to split the $11 pumpkin roll shake. I thought this one had a lot more flavor and was very sweet. The pumpkin roll on the top was a bit dry by itself but was good with the ice cream. I don't think I could've eaten this by myself as it was a lot. Overall, I like it. Would I come back and order a specialty shake? Probably not, but they have other more reasonably-priced items on the menu such as regular shakes, cones, blizzards, and the like that I would be willing to try. The staff has been super young both times, but they were friendly. I'd recommend splitting the shakes to make it more cost effective, but it's worth giving this little place a shot!

Better than your average ice cream shop. makes them look fun with everything they put on it. You get a free mug. Reasonably priced.

Cafe Blanc is GORGEOUS and boy, does it know it! I've wanted to check this place out for a while so…read moreI schleped an hour here for dinner with friends in May 2026 so I could finally try this sort of new restaurant out! Parma Heights is so far, guys. So so far... So after fangirling over the lush, girly decor and taking ALL the pictures ever, my 5 friends and I ordered at the counter a bougie drink and a plate of food each. There's abundant seating in this two story cafe so we found a table and waited between 5 and 10 minutes for it all to be ready. Despite my goal to stop spending money on beverages, I spent $8 on a regular sized iced decaf carrot cake latte with almond milk. Delicious and definitely instagrammable, but RIP to my money. I regret not taking the lovely glass it was served to me in, but my conscious kicked in and I didn't pilfer it. Haha! For dinner, I originally wanted to get a pizza but changed my mind last minute due to it being 90 degrees outside. So instead, I got an italian panini with a side of potato chips ($14). I don't like mayo so asked that be taken off. The only sauces they have are mayo, hot sauce, and horseradish mayo. I got the horseradish mayo on the side, but didn't really use it. I hope they can add mustard and ketchup to their sauce lineup in the future. All in all, I spent about $24. All 6 of us had very instagramable food and drinks. They looked better than they tasted for the most part. I liked my drink and panini but didn't love it, especially for the price. My friends lavender lemon loaf was gorgeous, but sadly dry. I love the look, like the menu, and wish Cafe Blanc wasn't so outrageously far away! I'd love to get brunch here with my gal pals! I wanna get one of their dessert crepes, please and thank you! I am giving Cafe Blanc 4.5 stars out of 5.

I arrived and met 3 friends here on a weekday morning in May 2026 to work. We (2 guys and 2 ladies)…read moreall work remote so it was fun to meetup. We all visited Cafe Blanc for the first time and loved our experience especially the large (free) parking lot. We sat on the 2nd level towards the back. QUICK REVIEW (read this if you don't want to read this whole review): Try the potato pancakes. Great food and service. Slightly more elevated cafe. Busy during peak morning/afternoon hours and most likely less busy in the evenings. I have not been in the evening yet. Free parking lot and free wifi. FOOD - there are lots of food options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have sandwiches, salads, pizza, and pastries. I arrived around 10:20am so I wanted breakfast. I read that the croissants are okay but I haven't tried them. I ordered the potato pancakes, blueberry hibiscus tea (hot) as a dine-in order plus a slice of almond cake as a takeout order. The potato pancakes ($19) was delicious. It comes with 3 thick potato pancakes topped an egg on the center and with bacon bits spread all over. The potato pancakes also come with sour cream on the side which I didn't realize so I moved that to the side of my plate because I don't like or eat sour cream. I would order the potato pancakes again as a savory breakfast item but $19 is a little steep for the price. The blueberry hibiscus tea ($4) was a refreshing drink served on a mug. If you enjoy the combination of white tea leaves, rose hips, natural blueberry, and hibiscus then this tea is for you. I also ordered an almond cake slice ($6) but to go. The almond cake is a light and tasty cake with sliced/shaved almonds on top. SERVICE -- Friendly. Me and one of the shorter female employee had a nice laugh when I went down later in the day to order an almond cake. They started getting busy when I arrived after 10am on a weekday but I was able to walk right up to the front counter to order. The buzzer handed to me buzzed probably within 15-20 mins and I went down to get my order. I believe the tea that I ordered was ready first. Overall, I'll definitely be back. Prices are higher than a traditional cafe. The plus is that there is free wifi so it's a perfect spot to work on your laptop. The tables are big and the chairs are comfortable. **** GOAL of 250 reviews in 2026 - 99/250 total reviews in 2026 - 940 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 27 May 2026
