On the day of the appointment, my friend and I walked in and were directed to the treatment room. Our beds were next to each other, but there was a curtain separating us so we had privacy. We were given a robe and told the staff when ready. The employee did a deep scalp cleaning, water therapy, head massage, shoulder and neck meridian, shampooing, nourishing hair and blow dry.​ The treatment took about 30 minutes and I felt so relaxed after. My hair felt very clean and soft and looked more shiny and healthy. After getting dressed, I checked out, paid and tipped with my credit card which has a 3% surcharge.
