Then, she moved on to my Brazilian. Keep in mind I took a break for a while and needed this sensitive area waxed! She worked quickly and talked to me to keep me comfortable the entire time. She told me I should exfoliate the area (after 2 days past) and suggested a product they carry for that exact purpose. She forces product sales and tells her estheticians to do the same. If you're not her daughter or a family friend, you won't last there as an employee. Her prices are on par with high end Boston spas, but in North Attleboro. I presume she has to pay the mortgage on her extravagant new location somehow. I regret having spent thousands there over the years. EDIT 1/2/2025 in response to business owner comment -- I understand the need for strict no-show and last-minute cancellations, which of course are intended to recoup loses from UNRELIABLE clients. Not from clients diagnosed with cancer who are trying their best to maintain some sense of normalcy in life who have a long history of maintaining a proper client-business relationship. My treatment based on extenuating circumstances cannot reasonably be considered "understanding and flexible". It is important to current and future clients that they consider how quickly a business devalues a client, so they can make the most informed decision on where to receive these types of services. The best way to address my concerns would be to treat clients better than I've been treated. I in no way mean to harm your business. Everyone can read all reviews here and on other websites and decide for themselves if they wish for their hard-earned dollars to support your business.

She assumed I was unfamiliar with local laws regarding the right to privacy and the protection of one's image. I refused to let her do it, and I was even told that I was the only customer who had ever refused until then. When it came time to pay, the salon owner, Joice, charged me $82.00, claiming the menu I had been given was outdated. I had actually intended to leave a generous tip, but I decided against it due to their lack of honesty and professionalism. I considered calling the police to enforce the price listed on the menu, but I ultimately decided to just pay and leave. I paid $40.00 in cash and $42.00 on my card (I have a photo of the receipt). I am posting this review on Google to warn others about the salon's dishonest and illegal practices and to discourage them from visiting--especially since the salon is located in an unsafe area. I felt extorted, and I will not return to a place that lacks such basic honesty and professionalism. Another important detail: the owner, Ms. Joice, is a liar. She claimed the service menu was outdated and that the website already listed the manicure and pedicure price as $80.00. I checked the website and discovered yet another lie; this makes me believe that the quality of the salon's services and products lacks any credibility, as the owner sets a terrible example for her staff.
