The showroom itself is beautiful and filled with inspiring examples that really help you visualize the possibilities for your own space. Kyle used an impressive design program to create a 3D rendering based on our ideas, and it turned out exactly how I had imagined. He was incredibly patient as I asked for several tweaks to the initial mockup until everything felt perfect. My husband and mother were with me, and Kyle made sure to include them throughout the entire process. Kyle is not only highly charismatic, but he truly exemplifies exceptional customer service--something that feels increasingly rare these days. He is kind, patient, personable, and has excellent sales skills without EVER feeling pushy. All of this made it easy to move forward with confidence, knowing we were in great hands. On installation day, Ronnie took great care to cover our floors and keep our home as clean and organized as possible throughout the install. He was incredibly kind, communicative, and highly professional. I always make a point to mention in my reviews whether I felt safe with workers in my home, and I felt completely safe with Ronnie. That is incredibly important to me--working with a business where women can feel comfortable and secure having workers in their home. He completed everything in just two days, and as an added bonus, he noticed a leak coming from one of our washer hoses when he pulled it out from the wall. The hose was rusted and corroded, and we had no idea there was an issue. Because he took the time to point it out, we were able to replace it before it became a much bigger problem. We truly appreciated that extra level of care, especially since he didn't have to mention it at all. We could not be any happier with our pantry/laundry room!!! If only I had taken some "before" photos of our tragic former pantry, so that I could show what a true, magical glow-up transformation that this remodel has been! Honestly I was way to busy to put in the mental effort and actual time to get this done. For context I did a small remodel and there was a lot of items relocated to the guest room and garage to create room and they never made it back to their spaces or out of the house. I finally realized I needed help so I looked around online and found Two Organized. From jump (compared to the other companies I contacted) they were on top of what I needed, they offered me options, they did a free in person walkthrough so I could explain what I was looking for, estimates and contract finalization was easy, and scheduling during the holiday season was handled amazingly. My schedule was crazy and changing frequently and they were so gracious with the changes! They were very clear about what to expect and what I needed to be available for. My part (separating things into keep/donate/trash) was done in about 1-2 hours for the garage and 1 hour for the guest room. The rest was all Tatyana and Svetlana! The system they organized my items into is super easy to follow, everything is labeled, its just so beautiful and peaceful. Seriously the quality of my life has improved so much being able to use my guestroom without a thought, both closets organized and clearly visible. Simply walking into a clean garage to do laundry or work on a project is so much easier than navigating the cluttered and cramped space I was operating in before.

Several weeks later Alex and Greyson arrived for the installation which took two full days. They couldn't have been friendlier and were very respectful of the home by wearing booties and laying down tarps to protect the floors and carpets. There was one small error - the handles we wanted were installed in the wrong color. One quick call to Nas, and she arranged for the installers to return the following week with the correct color. They insisted on not accepting our final payment until the issue was rectified. The overall quality of the items seems better than I expected, and the doors all have soft close hinges as a standard feature which often costs extra elsewhere. My appointment with designer Nazarena Ippich was scheduled for 4:00 PM. After waiting past the appointment time, I had to call the office to find out where my designer was. The receptionist was apologetic and had to track her down. Nazarena eventually called me at 4:15 PM and arrived around 4:30 PM, later admitting that she had written down the wrong appointment time. When she arrived, I explained that I needed to leave by 5:15 PM for another commitment. Despite the shortened appointment window caused by her late arrival, I tried to explain my vision for the project. What surprised me was the lack of design input. As a homeowner, I'm hiring a designer because I want professional ideas, creativity, and recommendations. Instead, I felt like I was expected to provide most of the direction. Nazarena took measurements and worked on a rough design and quote. Before leaving, she confirmed my email address and told me she would send everything later that day. As of the following day, I had received no email, phone call, or text message. This was especially disappointing given the earlier scheduling issue. My wife and I are investing in what we consider our forever home. We're not financing the project and are prepared to pay for quality work and service. Throughout this process, I've met with several designers, contractors, and builders, and most have been attentive, responsive, and professional. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope Closet Factory addresses these communication and customer service issues because first impressions matter, especially when customers are making significant investments in their homes.

In 2018 my mother needed more assistance due to vision impairment so she lived with me and my family. My Ladybug team was always, always kind to her. They would chat with her, share stories about life and family and notably made her feel happy, she looked forward to their arrival. I work in healthcare and depart before getting to see them in the early hours of the morning. In June 2026, my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly in the hospital. That following week as I was fumbling through my days and life the team arrived to clean our home. I had ran an errand, and when I returned, the ladies were busy doing their tasks. I came into the kitchen and the woman that my mother was so fond of specifically took one look at me, and I her, and we both began to cry. We hugged and shared our grief for a few moments. It was notable for me on so many levels. She understood and truly felt my pain and loss, and I too saw her sincerity and heart. Not only has this amazing team and company tended to our home for many years now, with love and kindness, they have become a valued part of our life. They touch and are present with all that is around our world. They are irreplaceable to me. I realized that they not only tend to our homes and make life a bit sweeter for us, but they have an investment with those of us they see regularly. How lucky am I to have found this amazing company. I have said it before and will say it again, I am beyond blessed to have found this amazing company, it's owner and the amazing team that makes our world brighter. Literally and figuratively.
