You drop off your clothes in an electronic locker and order services on the app, and in a couple of days you get a text telling you what locker your clean clothes will be in.... available 24/7! And the prices are competitive and the service is competent. My boyfriend is so pleased with how correctly his shirt plackets are consistently ironed. Honestly the only thing wrong is that the app keeps telling you to swipe a card in to enter the location when you don't have to and you have to do some random workaround to be able to do anything else on the app, but certainly that will be fixed any time now. When I confronted the woman about it, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, she asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" She claimed she "didn't check" the jacket and said I had no proof, then tried to accuse me of already knowing about the tear -- which is absolutely false. The jacket was returned on a hanger, wrapped in plastic, and the tear was the first thing I saw when I flipped it over. To make it even worse, she tried to charge me $10 for a few stitches on damage that happened while the jacket was in their care. That is completely unacceptable. Damaging a customer's clothing and then trying to make the customer pay to fix it is outrageous. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is unbelievable. The attitude was arrogant, as if they're the only dry cleaner in Las Vegas. They are not. Save your money, save your clothes, and go anywhere else.

At night, this area could feel a little sketchy but if you keep to yourself, no one will really bother you. They also have an option to pay for your wash digitally so you can see how much time is left on your wash and the machine locks once it starts washing/drying your clothes. You need approximately 30 minutes per washer and dryer. Don't do what I did and think 5 minutes of drying time was enough for a load of clothes. Just pay for 30 minutes of dry time so you're not stuck paying every 10 minutes. There is no bathroom in the facility but there is staff on hand for security/assistance and you can also convert your cash to coins. Parking: plaza parking Recommendations: Pay by phone so you can see how much time you have left on your wash and I could see the pin ball machine being awesome to play in the summer since it blows cool air when you play it.
