I came here for the first time and got waxed by Bia. She was so sweet and easy to talk to! She talks to you nearly the whole entire waxing session so you're kind of distracted from the pain. Distasteful, awfully insulting, and completely disgraceful customer service. The receptionist who's job is to "welcome" customers has made what was once a pleasant experience -- the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had in life. From her body language, to her tone of voice and verbiage released was outrageously unacceptable. I would never recommend anyone visit this business and voluntarily put themselves in a place to be treated this way. The manager even advocated for the unacceptable behavior. Love this place! Been going here for multiple services for a few years now. I used to go to the one off Sugarloaf Pkwy, but once Michelly transferred to their new location - I started going there. Michelly is incredible! She really takes care of men and is so pleasant. It's hard to find someone you can trust with particular services, but I'm so glad I found her! Been her client for 2 years now! The staff are great and very welcoming. It's extremely clean and they always make you feel comfortable. The only complaint I have is the raise in prices for certain services like eyebrows. It's pricier than other places. It used to be $10 and now it's $15, that seems way too high for eyebrows. Although this doesn't affect the amazing service - Andrea should consider going back to her old prices as it may negatively affect the traffic in her salons. Everyone - go see Michelly and her staff at the location. You won't be disappointed! read more

The first time I got a Brazilian, eyebrow, and underarm wax by Angela. I thought she did a great job. I tipped her well over 35%. Angela extracted ingrown hairs and got all the hairs. She did sneak in sugaring was more expensive when she had already started my wax. I didn't think anything of it, just knew I was going to ask for regular wax the next time around. Second time around I just got my eyebrows done. I asked for regular wax before she started. She seemed annoyed with the request. Angela rushed my brows. There were 4 minutes left in my session and she was already in the front lobby before I could get a look at them. Hair that she could have pulled with tweezers were left. The brows do not look remotely like the first time around. The shaping of my brows were rushed. Didn't ask if I liked the brows like she did the first time. I would only recommend her for Brazilians. I would not trust her with eyebrows again. read more
