As…read moreof late, there's been a mass exodus of amazing longstanding staff that were more like family. Sadly, any location is now booked 1-2 months in advance. Ridiculous. Front staff is replaced with less than competent staff. My visit today was a reflection of this. It would've been fantastic if the owner never communicated the loss to his clients. It would've been much smoother and we'd of known what to expect. The new team needs to make an effort to learn what existing accounts were told with their products banked if they were switch and what new team plans to do to less the drama in the office. I waited weeks for my appointment today. Today's appointment should've been straightforward. It was anything but. I was taken to the back by Kristen Martinez, Assistant Practice Administrator. If you are unfortunate, like me, to get her, talk very slow, don't use big words. She probably won't get it then either but.. don't use big words. Forget it, just go to the front and explain your issue to someone else. It worked for me. She didn't know if I needed to be numbed, what order to numb me, then doesn't listen to my question about the product that's banked instead quotes another product in a rude tone like she's the authority of what I'm going to do. She's clearly in the wrong industry. This is a beauty industry. I don't HAVE to go there to spend my money. They DO have competition. Karina can't process big words or minimally complex business issues. I'd not have her run a flea circus let alone a lucrative med spa. Well, once lucrative med spa. My Rather simple ask to a minimally complex issue, was quickly resolved with another person. It was great. Competent people are awesome to work with. After I got my issue resolved I left. Karina then calls to tell me she's cancelled my membership (thank you! You beat me to it. I don't tolerate Incompetence) then your email was poorly written to try and hurt me? Oh no, I'm sharing it on every review site, BBB and Florida Health Board and Artorney General. I've attached a screenshot for the world to see. I want everyone to read it so they know to NEVER BANK any products with ANY COUTURE MED SPA. See? Your ignorance killed even more business. Congratulations!!!! You must have gotten your MBA from a crackerjack box Please see the photo of the email they sent me. Do NOT bank product they send to you. They will keep it and not refund it. Karina wants an issue. She's looking to escalate anything.

Even before that, I had two septoplastys before that as well. The first rhinoplasty I had wasn't exactly great and left me in a position of unhappiness with my nose never being straightened and also making the tip of my nose bulbous. With Dr. Gross, he was able to completely straighten my nose and remove/fix scar tissue of the tip of my nose. Extremely great patient interaction every time & would recommend him to anyone who's looking for genuine work to be done. I just had Dr. Gross also do a lower eyelid blepharoplasty as well and it couldn't have been smoother. Thanks Doc for the help you've been, hope this helps anyone that comes across this review!! She assured me 100% they'd be gone. The whole reason I paid that much money. Well after I healed. My face looked exactly the same. I went in for before and after pics and the nurse was "trying" to convince me there was change. There was no change and that was a pathetic and desperate move. She then told me "well you actually need surgery to remove xanthlasma.... Oh ok! Why lie?? I was cheated and lied to. And the doctor proudly parks his Porsche right in front of the doors! Talk about a slap in the face. Do not go there!!

Since then I showed up to an appointment and they couldn't find it in the books. It was definitely my booked appointment. They wouldn't squeeze me in even though it was their mistake and made me come back another time. OK everybody makes mistakes. But this time I made a mistake and called them because I was going to be 5 to 10 minutes late. I wanted to make sure that I should still continue driving because I was on a busy road and they said yes that's fine. When I got here, they had four patients ahead of me and made me wait to see if they could squeeze me in, but I would have a really long wait. I said, I wish you told me that on the phone since I had the courtesy to call about the few minutes lateness. No apologies. They made me wait again just to tell me that they would have to reschedule me. Why do they have FOUR patients at once for one Dr anyway. If you don't like driving for nothing definitely shy away because they love re booking appointments once you're already there. I own up to my being 10 minutes late but I did call and they said it was OK! If they told me they had for patients and didn't want to squeeze me in since i would be 10 minutes late I could've turned around and gone home. I know this sounds like small potatoes but I just got out of surgery so it was actually a really big deal for me and after they lost my appointment the last time I figured two times is two times too many. They are really starting to make their patients wait long, which is actually against trend for other doctors these days !
