The environment is always calm and clean. I typically get my ears waxed now that I've passed 40 and started turning into a Warewolf. On this visit they were running a special for 50% off for new services so I elected to get my nose done too. The service member was super accommodating of my kids being in the room and was very thorough in getting all the hair off my ears and nose. I'll definitely continuing going.

It continued to be sooo painful I could hardly breathe. They came over but bc they couldn't see anything and I wasn't bleeding, at first they didn't react much. But I was still in so much pain, they came back at gave me some ice that I put on my toe for almost 30 minutes. The owner came over and another worker assured me she'd "make it right". I fully expected to have my pedicure comped and maybe even a coupon for another one free - this is definitely what I would have done, as a small business owner, for my client. It felt absurd to me to pay for an experience that was so so painful and stressful - and still hurts! But nope - they only gave me a 10% discount. Said they couldn't do more bc they are a small business. I explained exactly what I just said above. I told them I'd love to come back (but obviously never have that man work on me), but didn't feel I could if they didn't show me the care and concern to give me even half off. Nope. They stuck to the 10%, so, they've now lost what would have been a loyal customer - with lots of friends I would have recommended, and hopefully now others will also be warned! I'm so very disappointed in how they handled this. How companies respond when things go wrong could either create even more loyalty, or lose the customer altogether. Do better.
