They have trash pickup from your spot every day which is so appreciated. There is a nice pool, a clubhouse that they do activities for the kids, a delicious restaurant to enjoy breakfast, lunch & dinner, and a convenience store next to the restaurant. On special weekends they have bands play at the bar. The beach is easily accessible right across the street. They have a spot to rinse the sand off when returning from the beach. Rentals available for golf carts & kayaks. The management does a great job communicating with guests on a daily basis with the activities for the day making it very convenient. I recommend you bring mosquito spray as they come out at night sometimes. Also recommend to bring a wagon to carry things to beach and firewood & lighter fluid if you want to make a fire on the beach. This is our favorite place to camp at during the summer!

Someone is there with them but does not keep an eye on them. My vehicle was all scratched up while there and the bottom of our camper was dug in by kids and the owners are well aware there is a problem with the kids but have done nothing to correct the issue. When talking with the owner again about moving out of rv park due to continual issues they said there is NOTHING we can do. Why continue giving our money to people who don't care who they rent to? We pay way too much much money for our vehicles and our 5th wheel to have kids banging scratching and touching all over our belongings. I do not know how the old rooms are now, but I stayed in them once recently and there were no bugs, not to say there aren't any in the other old rooms, but I try to avoid those. The new rooms however are much better. Every time I come I ask for the newer rooms. They are a bit higher from $5-10 but I'd rather stay in those than an old one. I think they hired more staff to take better care of the rooms so it's a better than it was years ago and much cleaner.

I got the smothered pork chops, cheese and broccoli and corn. I got my meal to go but the lady plating up my order was very nice. I guess a serving is 2 pork chops but I told her I could only eat one as they were huge! Pork chops were breaded and very tender and smothered in a brown gravy. Gravy had a little kick at the end but not too spicy. The cheese broccoli was spicy but delicious. The corn had little bits of ham which I had never had it that way and I liked it. I have heard their hamburgers are really good so I will be back. Support small businesses and give them a try!
