Clean, modern facility with an outstanding behind the scenes krewe! Well maintained facility. Super clean bathrooms, public areas. Loved the fire pits at night while sitting in their comfortable lounge chairs overlooking the lake, manicured lawns and flower beds. We travel with 3 labs and found the dog runs to be great for them. You open a large secure gate and let them run (it's a secure huge pasture area with a good fence). Plenty of shade and the paths are maintained. The facility provides doggie bags for your pet. Very convenient. Visiting our daughter's family in the area. They came to see us with the grandkids and we played in the pool, enjoyed the shaded areas, lots of chairs and tables plus a refrigerator and propane BBQ pits. It was very relaxing, low stress. The hosts were informative and laid back. We rented a golf cart for convenience at a reasonable fee. We will stay here again. Happy Trails! read more

The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities are great. The security of property is great. Local LEOs stay on the property and there are several patrols that make rounds. Speed limit is strictly enforced and so are the adult hours for the pool. Great resort read more

The BEST RV Park we've ever been to!!! I have everything GREAT to say!! We are currently living here in space #116 the most perfect spot in the park with a gorgeous view & all!!! Every space is concrete with a grass patch on each side, we have a little extra grass patch because we're on the end row of the lake side view (our children love it!) & the drive way is all concrete tell you reach the street! Water pressure works amazing my husband can be taking a shower as I do the dishes!! Very friendly staff work very well to meet the needs of the customer, we appreciate so much! the washer & dryers are the best we've ever been to, the pool & spa are gorgeous & they even give the adults only 8pm-10pm time to enjoy them as well! I also love how every so often you'll see the local sheriffs drive by! Making sure everyone is safe It is a gated RV park, we get a card to use doing the laundry so we do NOT have to scramble for quarters & we also have a gate clicker to use as we drive up to the gate to open it! Golf carts are available for rent too if needed! WiFi works fantastic, hardly never see my screen pause because of lagging!!! Sunset is my favorite time of day, just to relax next to our fire pit & watch the sun go down, so peaceful with a breathtaking view almost every night!!!!! My husband & I are so so so happy here!! Our daughter's softball team had a tournament in Lake Jackson, so we decided to bring our travel trailer and stay at this RV resort. They management was extremely friendly and very accommodating. We arrive late Friday night and found all our papers waiting for us next to the office. They allowed us to leave our trailer in our spot late on our last day since we were unsure of when we would be done with our tournament. The park is very clean , nice and because it is gated it feels very safe. Very nice spots with concrete pads, especially the ones next to their little lake (Like a large pond with fountains.). They had a heated pool but we did not have a chance to check it out. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay there again. First off when you ask some one why there electric is twice the price of other parks and the reply from the guy that hates his life and job says if you don't like it go to another park !!!!!! I said I already have thanks .. he's also the parking cop also, so if you have more then one vehicle it has to stay in your lot even tho they have overflow parking you can't park your street legal Polaris rzr with tags and insurance in the parking spot .. I am at a loss of why they have all the extra parking if you can't use it . O the reason it was parked there was I was cleaning my lot from all the mud off of the rzr !! Also the lady Kelly is super to work with !!! They have some dumb rules and it sesames as if they make them up as they go ! The dang wild cats there getting in the trash all the time !! We moved in about a month ago rates where $356 plus electric a month. We were paying $500 a month plus electric so we figured we can save some money.. We even asked if the rent would go up and was told it might go up 10 to 20% but not right away. So I get a notification for my next month's rent that my rent will go up to $600 a month plus electricity. What the heck so I call a Steven Yates at the corporate office for Quality Rv Resort the owners of this park and was told if I don't like it move because they have a list of people that are willing to come in a pay these prices. They never told us that the rent would go so high because I sure would have stayed where we were staying. So beware when you come in move in price is not the price you always pay read more

Its a nice park, but paid a premium for it. Wifi is very very slow and blocks content. Television has snow,. no clear picture on any set. The park is clean and they do have a nice pool and lake. A lot of No and do not signs posted. Place is not smoker friendly at all. The mosquitoes Oh my god! They are horrible. Since i cant smoke inside the trailer, I go outside and get swarmed. The place has a cart that looks like it is clearing for mosquitoes but it drives them wild and the swarm anyone who leaves the trailer, as soon as you get out of your car your attacked. This was my worst complaint. Air conditioner barely keeps the trailer house warm during the day. rooms are well kept and stocked with whats needed. Its nice, but the bugs kill it, bad internet kill it. They have a bug sign. Lightning fast internet. Don't believe it. Its slow as can be. read more

This place is one of the nicest parks we have ever stayed in. Everything is brand new. Nice laundry, pool, lake, lounge area. They have several places to BBQ. Nice wide roads. It is expensive!! $800/month for a pull thru and you pay electric. The wifi works great and basic cable is included. The young lady at the front desk, Angela was the nicest desk person we have met. She was very knowledgeable and went out of her way to help us. They are adding on spaces. It was not full even tho we came last minute. I guess the high price keeps most people away. read more

There was no professional courtesy here. I had an issue that I called the office about. They told me they needed to ask "corporate" and get back with me. 2 weeks i asked the man in the office and he told me the woman would not forget about me and would get back with me. So I waited until it was time to check out and they said " corporate" said no. Not worth giving my money to them again. I will stay somewhere else. read more

We have been staying here for several months without any real issues. Office staff (Kelley and Seth) are AMAZING! That said.....we just received a price increase from the General Manager, Steven Yates, so I called to speak to him personally. During the phone call, he said the increase was due to "supply and demand because of too many hurricane victims." He also called me a liar by saying that he did NOT believe what I said to him. I am appalled and disgusted with the treatment I have received by the General Manager, Steven Yates, and I pray that NO one else is EVER treated with this level of disrespect!!! read more

From the moment we walked to the front desk to check in, we felt like family. The staff was very friendly and gave us all necessary information about the park. The pool and hot tub is clean and beautiful, with a great view of the lake. Our spot was shaded by a huge oak tree and right on the lake. We enjoyed fishing and the close fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The park is dog friendly and everyone is very nice. Would recommend, and will visit again! read more

They want your money more than they want you to stay. The park models are filthy and stink. The washing machines look like clay was washed inside of them and are never clean. The maintenance man is more concerned with you picking up your dog poop then taking care of the buildings and the cleanliness of the place. We had multiple issues including having air conditioners leaking on the bed and the couch and no complaints were resolved. They made themselves out to be much more than they were and we were very disappointed after a 2000 mile track to be there. After multiple conversations with Kelly I told her there were three adults and three dogs that would be staying and she chose to put us into a very small trailer with only two loveseats and no mattress and either and one queen size bed. The price of the place was 1200 for the month you had to pay extra for what they call Premium Cable basic cable and Wifi was horrible almost non-existent. Bring your own hotspot. No DVD players work. Golf carts and cars speed constantly and nobody enforces the 5 mile per hour speed limit. Avoid this if you want a nice place to stay get a motel it's cheaper and more comfortable. Or by yourself an RV and rent another location since there are several others in the nearby area. read more

Jacuzzi, outdoor grilling areas, wonderful rocking chairs, gas fire pits, fun and comfortable hammocks, stocked fishing lake, ( we caught large bowfin and catfish), large double wide concrete pads plus grass, concrete extra wide drive throughout campground (great for rollerblading, bike riding or just walking), beautiful flowers and landscaping, dog walk areas, and lounge with pool table, table shuffleboard, free popcorn, coffee and ice/water, exercise equipment and great laundromat! read more

Moved into this park when it opened for $418 a month. Nice park lots of amenities. The day before rent was due for the second month received a notice that rent was going to $692 a month. Everyone in the park got noticed that their rent was going up. Several of the people that I work with was told that they would be grandfathered in at the cheaper rate, not true. They get you moved in and then screw you. I moved from a park that was $400 to this one thinking that it would be good, man was I wrong. The people that work at the park are great people and fill bad about it and said it was corporates decision. A bunch of money hungry, cut throat b@$!@&ds. As soon as people got off work they started moving out. We will be leaving as soon as we can find a new place. Beware the rates are outrageous. I'm sure it will only be a matter of time till they raise them again. read more
