He showed me pictures where the squirrels ate holes in the lead vent covers. WOW!! The first roofer was going to charge me $9800 for a new roof that Rock-Crete fixed in 15 minutes. I signed up for the gold member and was charged $383.00 to come out and inspect the units and maintenance. When I called them back to cancel the membership because They were trying to rip me off and I didn't need a furnace they told me they CAN NOT CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP AND IT IS MY CHOICE TO HAVE THEM BACK OR NOT. Why would I have them back when they just try and sell me things I don't need. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DO NOT USE!!!

The A/C continued running regardless of the set temperature, and the thermostats displayed incorrect readings -- sometimes showing 76°F when the actual temperature inside was closer to 66°F. Through my home warranty, I had Air Innovations come out to inspect the system. They replaced both thermostats, but the problems persisted. Nearly a year later, under my builder's 1-year warranty, I reported the ongoing thermostat issues again. A technician came out and -- without my approval -- replaced one of my iComfort M30 smart thermostats with a significantly cheaper ComfortSense 7500, which lacked Wi-Fi, mobile control, and all the smart features I originally had. The technician presented it as a like-for-like swap when, in reality, it was a major downgrade -- literally half the price and functionality. I ended up with two different thermostats on separate floors and ongoing system errors. After I raised concerns, Air Innovations called me, took accountability for the mistake, and scheduled a follow-up visit to reinstall the correct thermostat. The owner personally reached out and gave me his direct cell phone number in case I experienced further issues. I would caution others to stay engaged during service to avoid similar problems.

It is an 2012. I asked to find out why it wouldn't start only, instead Jorge started checking how full my Freon was etc. I asked to stop so we had a three way boss call. I believe the secretary did not relay my concern. Jorge did a good job. He believed it's my compressor but would cost $260 est to see so that would put me at est $1000 almost half of a new one. I told him I'm replacing. He said the sales people would call. Next day no call. I called left a message. so 2 days now they decide they won't give me service. This is the way they treat retired people in the community. They will not get a recommendation from and I will pass that on. I'm still without my main air. I went and bought a window unit to get by, meanwhile I've been swamped by quotes! I went online and put it out there. Est. so far $3500 total 5 ton ac conditioner condenser on the ground will probably use them. They are from Bryan. Believe me there are a lot of other AC people out there
