They said they don't confirm appointments. I told them it's customary to call the day before and I reminded them that they were supposed to come out to give a quote 3 weeks prior, and didn't call to cancel in advance. I'd had to call them instead, 2 hours after they were supposed to be there. I wasn't compensated for my time then, but they expect me to pay a cancellation fee for an appointment they didn't bother to confirm.

Once that was tightened he checked the rest of the grounding system and determined that there was nothing further that needed to be fixed. I asked for their help and they were able to quickly give me a quote that was exactly what I needed. I was impressed how they were able to quickly schedule the work in spite of the Texas snowstorms and the work was done so well that no cracks were formed in the existing plumbing.
