We visited Birch Creek this past Sunday and had a great time! It's 9 holes and we were able to hit the range And putting green to warm up prior to tee time. We had to carts and really enjoyed our time. Took us about 2 hours on the course and it was decently maintained. Parking and check in were super easy. Great local spot for beginners!

One of my favorite golf courses in the area for a quick (as quick as 9 holes can be) game! The staff here is always extremely friendly and helpful. The holes are all well maintained and vary in difficulty level, making it fun for players of all level types. Pricing is also reasonable, and yes, they do have clubs for rent! And yes, they're nice clubs- honestly, ashamed to admit, but the rental clubs are actually nicer than my own clubs. Overall, I'd highly recommend this course.

Came out here the other week with a friend for the first time and had a blast! ‍ We hit a few balls before our tee time came and got a golf cart. The golf course is very well taken care of. Still new to golfing but the course is very easy to follow and great to have some fun! Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming!! Our golf cart had fixed in the middle of our game- and a worker came so quick with a new golf cart for us within minutes! Was super nice and quick with the service that it surprised the both of us! We got to finish up the game and finished the day strong. Just might be my new favorite golf course!!! Definitely coming back again.

Nathan and the entire staff are excellent. Well kept, excellent greens and fun to play. Play is mostly quick, also a great place to bring your begginer friends, golfers are patient behind you in that case. I would highly recommend this course from beginners to everyday players.

Great executive course to practice your short game. Greens are well kept and not so crazy busy, you can usually get a tee time when you prefer.

I really enjoy this golf course. I went once and then I went right back right away. If you book it on teatime, you can get it for 999 to play nine holes and then a little cheaper to go around again. This is a really fun course, it has two par fours that are really well kept and I do feel like they take great care of this course. I have always had great service there and I do highly recommend playing here. The only thing I would say is they should take better care of the tee boxes. read more

Took my granddaughter for her first time playing on a course. She had lessons and driving range experience but never on a course until this time. The course was perfect for a beginner. The two people we were paired with were so friendly and patient. Loved the riding carts that were in excellent condition. All and all it was a perfect experience and she even got a par on one hole!! :) read more

Played Brea Creek today with Gals on the Green and had a great time. Clubhouse staff were nice, carts were clean, course was in good condition. Our ladies had a lot of fun and the pace of play was good. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to play a quick, casual 9 holes. read more

Improved golf course management and value oriented nine holes with very nice layout for walking and enjoying two hours of challenging short game bring in many golfers from all over the Orange County. We really enjoy this course since it has everything. Water, bunkers, few trees, creek and rocks are all very nice challenges for the beginner and experienced alike. For less than ten dollars you can't find a better place. read more

I recently scheduled a small post-Thanksgiving family golf tournament. Nathan and the entire staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great executive layout suitable for a wide range of golf skills. Greens are in amazing shape for the amount and type of play the course gets. Maintenance of tee boxes is a challenge because of the amount of play, but the staff continually works hard on it. I've been playing there for over 60 years. Watch your pace of play and repair ball marks on the greens to keep Brea Creek great. read more

I've been playing this course regularly for the past couple of years, and can't give it a high enough rating! The course is kept in excellent condition, the scenery and layout is beautiful, the cost is very inexpensive, but most of all, the staff truly care about each golfer's experience. I'm especially impressed with the General Manager, Nathan T, who is a rare combination of true professionalism yet personal. 100 stars! read more

Terrible service absolute worst management terrible workers. Shittiest course I've played in all of my 40 years of life. Most backed up longest course waited 15 mins each hole just to play a par 3 with greens having divots everywhere. Don't forget their gm which screamed at my wife and told her that she was behind the 2 some in front of us even though she was with my daughter. I will never be coming back to this course ever again 0/10 do not recommend at all!!! read more

Brea GC is a wonderful executive course - with well-maintained tees, fairways, and greens. It's also a very challenging course at all levels of play with Brea Creek running through three holes and lining all there others. Lastly, the staff are friendly and helpful. This is a 9 hole par 3 course, but don't underestimate the difficulty level! There's a creek that runs down the middle and you have to get over the creek several times. It's great when time's a pinch, but you still want to play a decent course. They have good mats and a putting green too, but wish they did some more upkeep on the green. Still gave it four stars because of the convenience factor. read more

What a blast to play for beginners and I'll be happy to come back since it's so close and reasonably priced. Pros: check in was quick and easy, course didn't feel rushed, fun holes for beginners and intermediate players, reasonably priced. Cons: Greens were a bit lumpy and kinda hard to putt well, hole 4? (Can't remember specifically) we basically impossible for beginners and you're hitting towards other people lol, their cafe was only doing hot dogs when the hours say otherwise. Overall I had a blast with my friends and we look forward to coming back. read more

As nice as the course may be, I have never experienced such gross customer service! I have attendant many golf courses from Hawaii to California, and many other states, and what I witnessed at Brea was the worst customer service I have ever seen given to customer as I stood there ready to book my Tee time, I witnessed the young man attendant speak to the customer with such disrespect! I wasn't sure if I had stepped in to what I though was a reputable golf course or someone's back yard. I was taken back by this young man's demeanor and lack of professionalism, regardless of the situation, one comes to these places to have a good time and relax he made it so awkward for those witnessing the interaction as standbys. I will definitely not be returning to this course or even recommend to any of my golf peers. I have definitely seen better customer service being rendered at golf and stuff when taking my kids. To the young man in sunglasses 'Bryant or Brandon"? Word of advice, you never know who will walk in those doors, we all deserve respect as a person who decided to work in customer service, you have a lot to learn and grow in that area. I would never allow someone to behave in that fashion in my business. I coach my team to rise above and be above reproach, Be a better human. My well wished advice is to consider it and try it. read more

There's no assigned bays, just get your buckets and find an empty bay and grab a California burrito in the way out. First driving range I've been to that had music playing, very family friendly environment. The music was also mainstream and kind of low in volume, so it doesn't impact your game too much if you're really trying to focus. It was extremely busy and had the overflow parking in use but still managed to find parking and a handful of empty bays at peak evening timing. They take contactless payment and cash and have nice kiosks to order food and drinks from, as well as QR code ordering to order from your bay - you still have to go grab it yourself. As for the food, the tacos were forgettable. I enjoyed the tortilla and the salsas but the meat flavor and quality were just fine. Not a taqueria but also not trying to be. The asada California burrito was great actually, paired well with the red salsa, decent size as well. A little pricier but concession food typically isn't this good, so I'll pay the price. Cajun fries were very good also. Food was out in like 5 minutes and very fresh. I'd like to return to try the breakfast burritos I've heard so much about. Will 100% come back, about a 30-40 minute drive for me but well worth the drive.

The other courses in this range have better upkeep in my opinion. The course is very narrow which makes it challenging and a lot of layups needed because of the layout. The range is very good, great mats, great balls, great putting green. Overall, I would golf here if you get a deal, otherwise I would probably pass on it for the price.

I paid them 2500 dollars for golf lessons back in 2020, but with Covid it was difficult and scary to be in a closed environment. So about a year or two ago, I called them to see if I can start the golf lessons back up again. I was told that they see my name in the system and they will have the manager call me back to discuss my options. I did this twice and to this day, I haven't even received a courtesy call from management.

Right when you walk in, there's a putting area that's nicely kept and green. The bathrooms are right there as well. One for men and one for women, clean too! There's a big outdoor seating area with a fire pit and tvs. Looks like there is or used to be a restaurant, but a great place to sit before or after hitting balls. They also have some alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for sale that you can enjoy while at the range. Pricing for buckets aren't bad. They also have a cool 18 hole putting course that I haven't seen before at other driving ranges. They do not have rubber tees at the mats, but was told you can rent or bring your own. As for the driving range, there's 3 sections. One right next to the shop, then a second one farther down and that is where you can access the stairs for the driving range up top. But you cannot use a driver up top so note that if you want to drive some balls. Range balls are fine and so are the mats. It can get busy but there are quite a few spots down below and up top. One of my new favorite spots so we'll be back for sure!

But overall, this place still gets the job done if you're looking to get some practice in or just hanging out with friends!

What wasn't made clear is that the $10 only covers one hour. After getting inside, I learned you have to keep paying for every additional hour. For comparison: Castaic Splash Park 2 kids = $70 total Parent = free Adventure Lagoon (calculation based on 3 hours - though I chose this place to come for 4 hours since it was advertised as same price for all day) 2 kids admission = $70 Water park fees = $60 Parent admission = $35 Total = $165 So instead of spending the day at a beautiful lake surrounded by nature, we paid more than double to be at a small water park surrounded by warehouses. The website prominently advertises the day rate and has a big "BOOK NOW" button, but the hourly water park fees are not made clear upfront; you have to literally scroll below the pricing and "Book Now" to see them. We've been going to this school since they were in Fullerton, and they've always been great. My daughter started with Mr Nori and he's one of her favorite instructors. She's gone through a few instructors and we've never had a bad experience. My son now attends the school too. This morning, my daughter had a make up class and had to go into a different swim lane with a new teacher. She's been apprehensive about leaving her current school and starting kinder next year, and the emotions came out today. She started crying and holding onto me when she saw the new lane and instructor and said she doesn't want new things. Within seconds, Mr Scott came over and began comforting her asking if she'd like to see her other instructor Mayumi. Mayumi wasn't even dressed to go in the water, but rolled up her jeans and sat in another lane with her. Mr Nori came by to say hi and comfort her, and Mr Christopher gave her a private lesson for a few minutes while she adjusted. He eventually asked her if she wanted to join him in the new lane with the new instructor, and she said yes and was happy the rest of the time. Mayumi also came back to check on her. This is the level of care any parent looks for in a school and I highly recommend coming here.

The motion activated splash pad was a hit with our 7 yr old while he waited for his class to start. The swim suit dryers and plentiful changing stalls are very convenient. The viewing room is also a very nice added touch to the facility. All the instructors have been great over the years at Fullerton and we were told we'll see some at the Placentia location as well. They are located in a large shopping center with plenty of parking.

The staff is wonderful and the prices are fair and they will even place your umbrella in the sand for you and they have this special way of securing the pole so you don't have to worry about it being blown away if the wind. Local person but resident in Fullerton, The coulpe who ran the place for brea city. Well their contract ended and just in time. Billy Casper took over a low rated competer unlike American golf. Make matters worse they hired a rednick hillbilly that has no proffesional social skill. Does not intergrate with custumer. He has his employees to handle the disputes jim spooner is a person that will talks cheap and turns the table.Now i know he dont work for birch G.C 18) The range is sad a huge dirt field oh also next to a church school. This is definitely my favorite course ever. I love the staff, Jason and Nathan greeted me and provided exceptional customer service. 10 out 10 would recommend this course for expert golfers. Course could not be in any better shape. Tee'd off early with a bit of fog so the bunkers were a bit wet, just don't hit into them early in the morning, no problem . Staff (Argut) was working hard but friendly as usual 1:35 minute round. read more
