Gold n' Stuff is a great place for kids and teens. Some adults like to play miniature golf, but we…read morehave only seen them on rides with their kids. The place has been around quite some time and kids do tend to make a mess, but they keep up after it. Parking is for a fee, but sometimes you get a game card that comes with the parking. It can get crowded in the summer and on weekends. We go on week days and have been several times. Now, the prices in here add up fast so be mindful of that, but it is the same as other similar places. Miniature golf is about 16$, a go kart is about 12$, the arcade can really add up so get a card that you can use for the wide variety of games they have. The bumper boats and Disk Thrill Ride are about 12$ per person. We love their little train and that is about 5$. You can get a two hour wrist band and we do that and save a lot that way. All in all the prices are fair. The service there is nice and the place has a lot to offer, you don't have to do it all. There is a lot to do. They also have Birthday Parties there and that is great. It is super fun.

For a golf course, that's a prime time when many players are finishing their rounds and looking to relax with a meal or beverage. There was little indication beforehand that these facilities would be closed so early, which made the experience even more frustrating. The course itself may be fine, but the lack of food and beverage service during a busy weekend afternoon was a major letdown. Management should do a better job of communicating hours or extending service to accommodate golfers. This course used to be well maintained. Course conditions have definitely eroded since I played here last year. Taking this course of the list to play.

Got a soda, went on to have a decent time. (But not having a non alcoholic option in a busy environment, not too smart on the business end) Service was minimal but we didn't need much. Second time I went here, brought 6 people. Ordered 2 samplers, wings and drinks. Wings and drinks came out in about 20 minutes, samplers did not. We waited about 45 (an additional 25) minutes before asking. (Trying to be considerate of the server) They took another 15 minutes to come back with "I'm sorry but we ran out". Mind you, we've been waiting 45 minutes, been there already an hour, and we only have 2 hour limit. About 10 minutes later, a sampler goes out to the table next to us.. I ask our server "I thought you were out" and he says "they must have got more". HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAA OK?! We then order dessert. 2 orders of the chocolate filled pastry bites.. Takes another 30 minutes. We're now having to race out the door. Still eating and having waited for our food the entire time. Was lied to, and neglected. Third time I TRIED to go. I make a 9:15am reservation. Something comes up, turns out I'll be about 20 minutes late. No big deal (or so I thought) I figure I'll call up, let them know I'm 100% coming and will still pay. And play out the rest of my time. Since it's already reserved. I get not 1, not 2, but 3 messages ALL BEFORE my check in time. At 9:00 am they send another text, "We haven't heard from you". I reply OK to let them know I'm coming. (Mind you, last night,l when making the reservation, 9:00 am was not available.) They immediately reply saying my bay is ready. It's 9:04 am. And I will given 15 minutes or my bay might be given away. I attempt to call, to change my reservation on the app, to do anything so I don't lose my time. But I can't get through. Top golf HAS THE WORST AUTOMATED SYSTEM! You can't talk to anyone. They give you suggestions that are irrelevant and then keep reminding you that you only have a 15 minute grace period. So I cancelled and won't ever be returning to that place. Bad service, bad management, and horrible customer service all the way around. Gave you 3 strikes and you used them up the first 3 times I came. It also took Topgolf 40 minutes to process my cancellation.. and they still continued to send me 4 more text messages... I'm assuming Topgolf is run by a bunch of lazy upper management that does minimal to nothing and then gets on at the lower tier staff. Because the general motion of the operation runs fine. People are checked in, they order food and drinks, the food and drinks come, eventually. But the training, the customer service and the lack of ordering appropriate amounts of food and beverages for an establishment that's been there for 2 years already. You need to hire new management to clean house and fix day to day operations. I'd be embarrassed if this was a store I was in charge of. And I will not be coming back to this location ever again. I'm sure the AI assistant and Automated help is an issue for all Topgolf stores. But The locations in Ontario and El segundo, although they have struggles as well, are 10X better the option when playing at a Topgolf.

My friend and I each got a bucket for $16 and the balls get sent straight to your assigned, automatic bay so no more lugging around buckets and bending over to tee up. The range is clean, well-lit, well-kept, with seating for each bay. Mats are also in decent condition. Unfortunately, we weren't told of a 1-hour time limit when we paid so my friend and I each lost ~25 balls when we were cut off. Perhaps they made announcements about this via the loudspeaker but it all just sounded muffled and I could barely hear. Only found out about the limit when the balls stopped appearing and I questioned staff. Besides that, I had a great experience and will be back with the time limit in mind.

Our friend broke a club here and the policy at the time was that the rentee had to pay for the price of a brand new club even though they were renting a used club. after voicing my opinion, they decided to change the policy and agreed that people who break a rental club should just pay for the value of a used golf club. I've never seen a business go above and beyond and meet customers in the middle ground like that so it really meant a lot to me. We came back again in March again and service was significantly better. They were very attentive and were very helpful with showing us how to work the machines. There are a lot of different play modes but putting is one of my faves because I suck at swinging. The private rooms are really cool's because you can sing & swing at the same time!! The best of both worlds if u have friends that don't really golf but wanna hang c: Food here is bomb!! lowkey better than a lot of pocha spots. The kimchi pasta and rose dukbokki are so tasty and the Korean fried chicken is so fire. The honey garlic was my fave flavor for the friend chicken. Parking here is also super easy. There's a giant lot and it's never really an issue. Overall this is a great establishment with really good food, golf, and karaoke all in one!!
