I really wanted to score a 4.5, but gave it the full five because the mini-golf courses were so well-maintained. For a golf course, that's a prime time when many players are finishing their rounds and looking to relax with a meal or beverage. There was little indication beforehand that these facilities would be closed so early, which made the experience even more frustrating. The course itself may be fine, but the lack of food and beverage service during a busy weekend afternoon was a major letdown. Management should do a better job of communicating hours or extending service to accommodate golfers. This course used to be well maintained. We arrived with four kids and immediately asked our server for kids' clubs. They were never brought to us, and the kids struggled trying to use the adult clubs. About halfway through our time, I finally had to track down a different server, who was kind enough to get the kids' clubs for us. We also wanted to order food and asked for a separate check because we were with a large group and didn't want our order mixed in with everyone else's. Our server made us feel like this was an inconvenience, which made the interaction uncomfortable. It was around 100 degrees outside, so we asked for multiple waters for our group, but only two were brought. Once again, we ended up asking another server, who thankfully brought us more water. Overall, the service made us feel like we were an inconvenience and that we weren't really wanted there. We normally enjoy Topgolf and have had great experiences at other locations, which made this visit especially disappointing. And there are two level. The course is in excellent shape. Greens are well maintained. This is a shorter course 9 holes par 29. Can finish the round in less than 90min. They also have a cafe I am looking forward to trying eventually. There is also a pro shop that is fully stocked with everything: Clubs, apparel, golf gear, and even a grip shop. I highly recommend Monterey Park Golf Course!

My friend and I each got a bucket for $16 and the balls get sent straight to your assigned, automatic bay so no more lugging around buckets and bending over to tee up. The range is clean, well-lit, well-kept, with seating for each bay. Mats are also in decent condition. Unfortunately, we weren't told of a 1-hour time limit when we paid so my friend and I each lost ~25 balls when we were cut off. Perhaps they made announcements about this via the loudspeaker but it all just sounded muffled and I could barely hear. Only found out about the limit when the balls stopped appearing and I questioned staff. Besides that, I had a great experience and will be back with the time limit in mind.

Our friend broke a club here and the policy at the time was that the rentee had to pay for the price of a brand new club even though they were renting a used club. after voicing my opinion, they decided to change the policy and agreed that people who break a rental club should just pay for the value of a used golf club. I've never seen a business go above and beyond and meet customers in the middle ground like that so it really meant a lot to me. We came back again in March again and service was significantly better. They were very attentive and were very helpful with showing us how to work the machines. There are a lot of different play modes but putting is one of my faves because I suck at swinging. The private rooms are really cool's because you can sing & swing at the same time!! The best of both worlds if u have friends that don't really golf but wanna hang c: Food here is bomb!! lowkey better than a lot of pocha spots. The kimchi pasta and rose dukbokki are so tasty and the Korean fried chicken is so fire. The honey garlic was my fave flavor for the friend chicken. Parking here is also super easy. There's a giant lot and it's never really an issue. Overall this is a great establishment with really good food, golf, and karaoke all in one!!
