The classes are pretty good. We still take some. Sewing was great. The volleyball is not great. It use to be way better when my older child played. Coaches don't know what they are doing and say and do nothing until the boss comes out, and then they start talking to the kids. Our last coach actually text me to let me know I do not need to let her know when we can't make it and she said, "you don't need to bother..." The other thing they do now is they only accommodate siblings for a day requests.

None of us have tried spin class before but the friendly staff, fun vibes and clean facility made this a great first experience. We all got a good workout and went at our pace as we adapted to the movements. It's nice that you can pick your bike, so we chose to stick in the corner for this first time. From the beginning, they offered a free trial class so we could experience the program, meet the instructors, and get to know the director, Amanda. We immediately felt welcomed by the friendly and supportive staff. The martial arts skills are taught in an age-appropriate way, and the instructors create an encouraging environment that truly supports learning and growth. My girls were very timid when they first started, but over the past nine months, they have grown tremendously in both confidence and discipline. What impresses me most is how well trained the staff is in child development and engaging with children. The team includes both trained martial arts professionals and student volunteers, and it is clear that they understand how to communicate with children, motivate them, and adapt their approach to each child's individual needs.
