I had a horrible experience at this place last Wednesday 7/7/21 for a rapid COVID test. I was feeling so sick and needed to know if I had COVID right away. I found this place on Google and decided to give them a try. Everything was okay until they gave me the test results that showed "negative" - i was so relieved and because I trusted that they are professionals I just drove off but then noticed that the test results belonged to another person! They gave me the wrong results! So I instantly got so scared and I had to drive back in the bad condition that I am in because I needed to ask them to give me the correct results! I go back and all they tell me is "We will fix it" and they leave --- I am left sitting outside in the high heat for over 45 min with no one saying a word to me so I am just there not knowing what's going on! I feel so sick so I call my sister to tell her everything and so she can help me. My sister calls the office for me and she spoke to a lady named Debra or Brenda and she tells her that yes, they gave me the wrong results and the reason Im waiting is because it takes 15 min to process the results BUT I had already been outside for 45min! So how does that make sense?!!! She puts my sister on hold for close to 15 min and forgets that she's on hold! She says to her "thank you for holding how can I help you?" - and my sister has to remind her that she left her on hold to check on my results! She then tells her verbally that my results are "Negative" ... and my sister says.... okay? Is she going to receive anything that shows her results?! An email , a text?! The lady tells my sister that she can email them to me. By this point i had to leave. I couldn't wait anymore in the condition that i am in. I later see that they did email me my results but now the results have the wrong date on them. They said June 7, 2021 - which is also not okay for something like this! I had my sister call for me again to ask them to fix it and they do, but what got me so upset is that this place was not even sorry for all of the inconveniences and the fear I felt when I realized that the first test results given to me weren't mine! I got no remorse and no apologies! This whole experience was not okay. Now I'm worried that I can't trust them and what if the results aren't even correct. I have loved my experience at Brea Wellness so far and believe it will be my go-to for many years to come. The doctors truly take their time to assess and give you advice/information which was really comforting. The doctors also were with me throughout the entire filler process. Wouldn't go back... the lady that did my Botox was sweet. (Hence 2 stars) But I am not satisfied with the outcome. I have Joker eyebrows when I told the lady I wanted my whole forehead frozen. I got 65 units. So it's not like I went cheap. That was what she said I needed. Definitely not worth it. The office was very old and dirty. They don't fill the syringe in front of you either. Hands down 10/10 experience! i didnt have to wait long to be seen. Dr Bhavsar and his staff are super friendly and efficient. The dr was very gentle and thorough with the lip injections. what i really appreciate is the fact that he really took the time to make my asymmetrical lips look even, he also added a hint of botox around the bottom of my lower lip to relax the muscles. I am so blessed that I discovered this great group of people. It happened to be that I bought a Groupon. It honestly is like I tapped into a wealth of knowledge, kindness and client care. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted warmly and promptly. You are addressed by name and treated respectfully. I was assimilated right in to their practice even as a Groupon customer. Dr. Bhavsar and Pin, his Physician's Assistant, spent an extraordinary amount of time with me my first visit. They have a manner about them both that feels like you're talking to a close friend (a well-educated friend) and you can be honest and you don't feel vulnerable or judged regarding your appearance. They are honest with you in return. I had the laser Genesis procedure to enhance collagen production and to minimize fine lines. It was painless and Dr. Bhavsar explained every step of the way what I could expect. I returned a few days later for Botox and then a week later for a post-op check. They were kind and thorough. I never felt like I was being upsold or pushed. They offer many great procedures at reasonable prices. This is my new aesthetic office. Most friendly and helpful receptionist (Prisicila) great first impression of the clinic. I was very pleased with my experience at Brea Aesthetics. It was great to be treated with professionalism and care. Dr. Bhavsar and his team made me feel that I was in really good hands and extremely comfortable. Dr. Bhavsar was great from the first time I met him, very processional and courteous. He made me feel I was in excellent hands, he answered all my questions and addressed my concerns and without any hesitation or worries I had my treatments done which included Laser Genesis, Botox and TruSculpt. To be more detail, I had Laser Genesis done on my face and birthing scars on my tummy, the results of both exceeded my expectations. As for the Botox, with Dr. Bhavsar's artistic expertise I had the best results. I felt like I had 5 years taken off my face. After both Botox and Laser Genesis treatments done on the same week, it happens that I had a girl's Weekend Vegas Getaway and needless to say that it ended with many "heads turning" leaving me feeling great about myself. Secondly, I've been a gym junkie and have worked really hard at trying to lose pockets of fat on my tummy and "love handles" making me feel insecure about my body. It has been close to 4 weeks since my first TruSculpt treatment and I'm already seeing reduction in the laxity of the skin on my tummy and my waist is already trimming. I honestly dont know what to say here. The Dr. Seems very disinterested in her patients unless she is going to be making alot of money on them. This is the 3rd visit here and she is always the same. All 3 appointments took over 1 hour each wait time and then when you see her she rushs you and walks out of the room and you literally dont know what just happened. The assistant said she needs us to leave she needs the room and I was like we were just talking to the Dr. And in the middle of the conversation she walked out and never came back. I don't understand that???? I have never had a Dr. do that. I asked for the Dr. To come back and was told we will have to make another appointment since the Dr. Is helping another client and she was done with us. REALLY??? I asked to speak to the Dr. and she said fro. The other room they will have to come back. Yes i am getting a new Dr. If you come here i would run away as fast as you can she seems to be loosing it. Recently purchased a Groupon for my daughter as a gift, the Groupon ad specifically references bikini area in two different places, both the "fine print" and the available treatment areas. Upon calling to make an appointment, my daughter was told that the Bikini area was included in error, and that this mistake was made by Groupon and that they have had numerous complaints. Basically, Brea Aesthetics refers you back to Groupon to resolve the issue, so rather than taking ownership of the issue, I now have to wait for 72 hours to receive a refund so my daughter can go somewhere else. I got a groupon for Volbella and saw Dr Ashish Bhavsar. This was my first experience with fillers and I was pretty scared. Dr B listened carefully to what I wanted. There was an issue with my groupon, but he gave me options and made sure I was able to have a service that day. He was very gentle, made sure I was numbed and was very careful not to hurt me.
