I am so relieved to have found a place that cares about my skin and makes sure I have all the support I need during and outside of treatment appointments! I have acne-prone skin and have dealt with acne my entire life. I've been seeing them regularly for 3-4 months now and my skin has improved drastically! My skin texture is virtually gone and it is a lot calmer and less inflamed. Breakouts don't last as long and they are not as big or painful. I've noticed the difference in dullness and overall skin health. This is all WITHOUT lasers and only with continuous LDM/Skincare with Avanti, which is very impressive since most places just sell you on a lot of laser packages and don't address the root cause. My hyperpigmentation scars still remain which is expected, but they are working with me on that next. I initially reached out via email regarding PIE as I have acne-prone skin and I scar VERY easily. Even after days of a pimple going away, it leaves behind redness for weeks. On our first consultation, they had me bring in my skincare products and individually assessed what was suitable for my skin, which was super helpful! Sandy, the director, is a professional and she formulates her own products intentionally designed for acne, which I've personally tried, loved, and had great results.
