I am very disappointed with my experience. I paid for a specific lip filler product (Restylane) , but I never saw the box or packaging. The injector only took a generic-looking syringe out of the refrigerator that had no label, so I have no way of knowing what product was actually used. Unfortunately, the treatment made little to no difference in the appearance of my lips, and I don't feel I received the results I paid for. When I reached out about my concerns, I was told I would be given a refund. However, after following up multiple times to check on the status, my messages have gone unanswered. I expected transparency, honesty, and good customer service, especially after spending my money on this procedure. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. read more

Nice and clean --that's about it. The results are disappointing. I got lip fillers, but the shape is uneven on both sides one side is smaller than the other side and the lip line is bumpy. The skin around my lip line is also uneven, with small bumps sticking out like little beads, and parts between the lip lines look sunken in.. It's been few weeks since I got it but it's still same . When I asked about it, they said my lips were the problem. I guess the practitioner and the client need to be a good match. I found this place through Groupon and came in a few days ago for Restylane lip filler. A lady numbed my lips but didn't introduce herself or do a consultation before starting, which made me a bit nervous. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful, especially when I asked about Botox. My lips do look fuller after three days! I'm not sure if I'm seeing slight migration since some of the injection points looked a bit high. I'll wait a week or two for everything to settle before following up. I'd still be open to trying other services if a proper consultation is included. read more
