The cafe is warm and inviting with plenty of seating inside where they offer your traditional espresso based drinks. They also have plenty of pastries available including croissants, cookies (like the gingerbread latte cookie, cinnamon roll cookie, brown butter chocolate chip cookie...), and even byrek. I stopped by Dua's Coffee on a Saturday around 11:30am to grab a coffee. Staff were friendly as I scanned the many pastries on display. I opted for a cortado to have there which was made at a reasonable time. The space was calming and relaxing, a good place to spend some time alone or to meet up with friends. The vibes felt comfortable and warm. As I drank my cortado, more customers came in to grab coffee. My cortado was strong and just what I needed. As I left, staff thanked me and asked how everything was. Overall, a great new cafe space in the Summerhill area.

But there was no "lava" at all... just a layer of cream sitting on a thick tart base. You do get some matcha flavour, but definitely not that rich and flowing matcha sauce I saw in those online reels. Matcha Mont Blanc - Too sweet. The green noodle-shaped topping is actually made from a kind of bean paste - not much matcha taste, but had a strong bean flavour instead. And again, it was too sweet to my liking. Taro Tart - This one was good. Taro-flavoured cream on top, with taro paste underneath, then a layer of custard with mochi at the bottom. Had a rich taro flavour. Still a bit sweet, but not as overwhelming as the Mont Blanc. Overall it was not bad, although TBH I haven't really found great matcha desserts in Toronto so far.

The Cake slice was Raspberry and Pistachio, and not sure if this piece was old but it was very very dry and crumbly when I was expecting something more moist and spongy.
