My most charitable guess is that you came to my house when I wasn't home, without contacting me first, and saw a 1982 Toyota Land Cruiser project sitting by my shop and somehow could not tell the difference between the two cars and still wouldn't call or ask any questions. If you answered your phone or called anyone back this could have been sorted out in 2 minutes! This has been a ridiculously frustrating experience and very unprofessional behavior. I have had this done many times and usually had to be shown where the repair was made because it usually just about disappears. The employee said it was guaranteed not to crack or your money back. It cracked above and below the repair so I called them up for reimbursement and they said, "no problem, as long as you get a new windshield from us"...they left that part out when discussing it with me in person.
