I do not recommend Rimrock Auto Glass in Redmond, OR. Took my car there to replace my windshield and when I got my car back my windshield wiper blades no longer worked. After having to take my car to a legitimate autoshop, I was informed the idiot put the windshield wiper arms on the wrong side which blew both motors. Would they cover the total cost of the labor and equipment I had pay? Nope. Just want I needed with a newborn. read more

I have made several attempts to have work done by this company. The first one we made an appointment and the shop wasnt even open let alone someone there to help me. The second one was for the following day and we had arranged for the company to come out to the house. A no show. He didnt even bother to call. This is no way to run a business and leads me to believe that even if I did get the owner to work , what kind of a job would I get. He obviously doesnt care about his customers. BEWARE OF HIGH PRICE AND 'PROMISED GUARANTEED WORK' So I took my Tacoma here Monday(May 4) to get tinted, we called them a week prior and was not notified that my car should be pristine clean. What I mean by that is, yes my car exterior had a few days worth of dirt on the window and I have 2 dogs so my interior had dog hair. On May 6th the back window looked gritty along the edges like sandpaper and I had 2 small bubbles on the bottom of my driver window. It's 'promised guaranteed work' so I figured I could get another appointment in to get it fixed. Everything went fine he agreed it was poor and he said 'bring it back but vacuum it real good blah blah' and I said 'okay that's fine, it's promised work so why should I be upset and belligerent? NOW that's when the script changed he said in an aggressive tone ' you know what you bring in this filthy ass truck and you start knit picking my work I'm not going to waste my time doing this again if your just going to bring it back unsatisfied. Calmly I said 'sir I'm not trying to be an asshole but 'I paid a higher price for guaranteed work' and he responded with well how about I refund you 125 and remove the tint because I wasted film already trying to get those windows done and your complaining about the price'. So I said okay give me the money and and remove the tint. So I got 125 in refund and ripped off my rear tint. Idk if you know this but you can't just rip off rear tint and easily remove the tint film. My main complaint is that he was a complete asshole for no reason, and I feel that he uses his 'high prices and guaranteed work' as a scam because when there's a mishap he gets aggressive and blames the customer that it's all their fault. read more

The absolute worst customer service I've EVER experienced. Came here because they had the best reviews for window tinting in the area, but they certainly aren't that nor was their customer service. We had our windows tinted on Monday and noticed a lot of bubbles still after a few days, so my husband went back to ask about it. The owner was completely rude and hostile, claiming that we were "nitpicking" and it was our fault because we gave him a dirty truck to work with (even though he never told us to clean the windows prior to the appointment). My husband said he'd clean the car and bring it back, we just wanted what we paid for, especially because they had guaranteed us a lifetime warranty. Instead, the owner throws him money, took off the messed up tint and told us to get it done somewhere else. Yeah great customer service after charging us the most compared to other local places. Absolutely disgraceful to talk to customers in this way. read more

The guy called me, my phone rang once and he hung up, so I called him back and he didn't have a clue that we had an appointment, or what the appointment was for. He said they were in Bend and asked how much time did we have today!?!? Really?!?! I would say dependability went straight out the door and had me wondering about quality. I couldn't be more pleased; they were courteous and knowledgeable, able to accommodate my less-than-flexible schedule and the windshield looks great - and it took less than an hour.
