Everyone here is super chill. My dude Wilson always helps me out when I have questions. He's super helpful. His boss was really nice too with my problem. I think his name was Jeff. If I could give this place NO STARS then I would. On one visit I purchased Suorin Air pods and juice. The male employee who helped me that day FAILED to mention that he was selling me regular nic instead of SALT NIC, which is what is recommended for the type of pod that I purchased. Using the wrong juice ruined my pods and my vaping experience. Now today I go in and purchased 5 different items. $90 total. As soon as I get home, I receive a phone call from the store stating that the employee who rang me up (NOAH and a new female employee) didn't make sure that my card payment went through before I left and they asked if I could COME BACK and pay due to THEIR ERROR. RIDICULOUS. First of all they are lucky I even answered my phone because it was an unknown number. Second, they are lucky that I had the time to even come back. So once I was back in the store, I asked the owner what he could do to make this right and all he could offer was $5 off my $90 purchase. Gee thanks. Again, I didn't have to come back and I could have gotten all of my items for free. You should recognize that fact and give me a better discount for being a good person. This place has lost my business and I will tell all my friends not to go here. You need to have a better staff who knows what they are doing and you as an owner need to recognize how important it is to keep your customers happy. Good thing there are better vape shops than yours!! read more

I experienced exceptional customer service at BT Vape! It was my first time visiting a vape shop as I'm a newbie. I was greeted by TRENT and this young man was excellent from the moment we walked in. He walked us through all of the product offerings and explained everything on detail. He showed us several combinations and provided his recommendation(s). Trent was very patient as I had a lot of questions. I ended up buying a entirely new setup and a few juices. Great spot to pick-up designer liquids! They carry a lot of popular brands and the latest devices. I cannot say I'm a fan of house made liquids (menthol should not taste/smell like vicks), they just don't vape/taste as good as the brand name options and that's why hope this location on rainbow is here to stay. read more

Wouldn't recommend this place for buying a vape setup. They have great prices for juices but I think everything else is over priced. It was my first time purchasing a vape and I got a smok al85 I believe i can't recall. Anyway it worked great for about 2 weeks and then all of a sudden the screen wouldn't turn on not even with a new battery. I took it back here to see if they could help me figure it out I wasn't expecting to get a refund or exchange because they had already explained the policy when I first got it. But they weren't any help. They couldn't tell me what was wrong with it and just said to go thru the warranty with smok themselves. So I tried multiple times to reach out to smok but never got a reply. For the warranty you have to confirm the vape is legit and there's a way to do this on an app. I tried and it said this smok vape has already been authenticated. Meaning I couldn't authenticate it again and get a new one thru warranty. So BT vape sold me a used vape and didn't tell me so now that I have problems with it there's nothing they can do and nothing smok can do so I just wasted $120 and got nothing in return. Will not be returning. read more
