Food is really good and it's priced affordably. The restaurant is clean and bright, the staff friendly and professional. I loved that management helped bust tables too! For $10 I had cheese grits, 2 scrambled eggs, 3 silver dollar pancakes and a whole kielbasa sausage with coffee! There were lots of substitutes too, all included for the same price. Usually here the food is always good and the service left much to be desired. Today? It was the opposite. The grits were tasteless and watery with an unidentifiable consistency or texture and the dollar pancakes were so tough that I couldn't cut them-even with a knife! I ordered my eggs over medium-which came over hard and when sent back to the kitchen? I got over easy. At that point I just gave up. Very very disappointing trip. read more

Someone tends to greet you at the door and hold it open for you. They can get busy at times especially on the weekends. When customers that have finished eating they are quick to clean the table and get the next customer (s) seated. I've had breakfast and lunch and whatever I've ordered has been quite delicious. But if you love cream cheese and french toast I would suggest stuffed French toast stuffed with cream cheese. I do like their iced coffees. I suggest just try different things. The owner Wow he's a worker and a half he makes sure everyone gets taken care of If you go in there enough he remembers you. I don't want to forget the servers and the bus people. So I ordered an omelette with ham, peppers and onions. they sent me an omelette with ham in it and the PEPPERS ON TOP. Not joking at all. There were just diced peppers on top of the omelette. I literally pushed them to the side. No onions to be seen. I will never buy anything from this place again. If your crew doesn't know that the onions, peppers and ham ALL GO INTO THE OMELETTE, you are worthless. The eggs were also NOT COOKED! NEVER AGAIN. I've ajoyed Breakfast Station in Hernando and Citrus counties. I have never been disappointed nd do highly recommend.

My first visit to this establishment and was NOT impressed!! First you can see the exterior of the building (located in a strip mall) had about 20-30 people outside sitting in front of various other businesses. The manager Devon took my name and part of 2 he gave an estimate of 25 mins. Fast forward an hour later still not sat...upon inquiring how long (since we're fo far beyond the initial estimate) we're sat...we order and food takes forever and then my food a simple egg whites sausage and bacon was cold cold cold while my fiancés steak skillet was smoking and sizzling. I told the manager who looked like he had zero f's to give so i decided to tell him i was not about to wait an other hour for hot food and i would eat the cold food!! waitress who FINALLY decided to work her tables come over to ask how everything is but i told her too how everything is cold...he said my boss is in the kitchen to which i said "wow that's even worse". The owner Steven obviously has no food standards whatsoever because the food i got remade contained the same cold breakfast meats because they're not cooked to order and pancakes burned to the point i needed a knife to cut through (just sad) that in todays day and age we have to deal with such terrible standards. read more

Our 2nd time here. The first time was so good that we had to try it a 2nd time. Such a disappointment. We had asked for our hash browns well done. Normally that means cooked to a golden brown on each side. These came back almost burnt and so hard you couldn't eat them. So when I asked to recook them it was even worse. If I could put a picture on this review I would have. I guess I can. Corned beef hash was cooked on one side and they flipped it in half so it looked like it was cooked on both sides. That came back a 2nd time overly well done. Now as a server she should not have delivered it and requested that it be done right. Instead she was making excuses for the 2 cooks. Both kids. I was pissed upon leaving but my mom gave a tip and obviously didn't eat her hash browns. Here's a picture. Was in town on a trip and like any trip to the south my wife insisted we had to get Biscuits and Gravy. We hit this place up right before we got on a plane practically. Everything you'd want out of a breakfast diner. Large portions, quick service, interesting specials, hot coffee, cheap prices. Would certainly stop back next time I'm visiting. read more
