I had doubts, but these immediately went away after the first five minutes. I have been working out daily for the past few years (cardio, light gym machine weights, videos), but have never done heavy weight training or been an athlete. It took them 2 days to get back to me. When someone finally called me back, the man, I believe his name was Joe, yelled at me while a baby was screaming in the background. He tried to explain to me the contract, which was not what I had paid for or agreed to (I'm a lawyer...a contracts lawyer...his explanation was not what the contract was) He offered me store credit, but none of their packages come close to the price I had paid for the deal...He was very unprofessional, rude and I am greatly disappointed. From dealing with him on the phone I would NEVER deal with this company. Groupon refunded my purchase and I'll just have to start looking for a different company to work with. Thank you Groupon! As for Fitness Therapy Bootcamp, I don't need the hassel of a company that doesn't know how to work with someone or wants good customer feedback - I expected a challenging, harsh workout, I didn't expect to be yelled at on a phone call prior to even stepping foot in their establishment.
