Had lunch at a little Meat & Three called Breaking Bread. It's a unique little spot with a variety of meats available during the week complimented by some solid side dishes. I had the Hamburger Steak w/onions, mashed potatoes, corn, and macaroni & cheese. The meal was served up hot and quick and the portions were a good size. Great service, solid food, and a good price...everything you look for in a meat & three!

We had the fried pickles which are amazing! They do spears instead of chips which is different and good. Got the chicken finger platter for lunch. These things are gigantic! They give you 3 and that's probably too much lol. Very good experience. Will definitely come back when In the area.

We originally were sat at a smaller four-person table right by the roll up windows towards the front of the restaurant, and the draft was so intense, we were freezing even with jackets on. We asked to be seated somewhere else, which they did (although that spot wasn't much better), and placed another couple at the original table. Within minutes they had the same issue... bundling up, switching seats around, etc. our waitress seemed on the younger side, and maybe even new. But she appeared visibly confused with just about every request we had. Her response was usually "uhhhh..... okay" followed by us getting wrong drinks/food. The food overall was decent. The chicken tenders were juicy and crispy and the ranch was great. Their fries were delicious. It likely wouldn't be my first choice in picking a place to eat, but I do believe it deserves a second chance. I'll be going back when it's warmer to hopefully have a different experience.

First Watch is always a popular brunch spot, and my recent visit was a mix of hits and misses…read more I started with the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, but they just weren't for me. The texture was dense, dry, and crumbly--more like cornbread than the soft, fluffy, melt-in-your-mouth pancakes I was expecting. They lacked the moist, buttery richness I personally look for in a great pancake. To be fair, that may be their intended style, but it wasn't what I had hoped for. The staff was accommodating, and I exchanged the pancakes for scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, and seasoned potatoes. That plate was much more enjoyable. The eggs were fluffy, the potatoes were nicely seasoned with a good crisp on the outside, and the turkey sausage was a solid choice. I also sampled the Turkey Sausage Biscuits & Gravy. The dish was comforting and satisfying, but it could have benefited from a little more seasoning. A touch more sage in the sausage would have added the savory depth that makes biscuits and gravy truly memorable. One of the highlights of the meal was the fresh juice selection. The Morning Meditation was refreshing with a bright blend of orange, lemon, turmeric, ginger, beet, and agave. The lavender drink was equally delicious, light, floral, and refreshing without being overpowering. If you're visiting First Watch, I highly recommend trying one of their fresh juices. Overall, while the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes missed the mark for me, the fresh juices, eggs, potatoes, and turkey sausage made for a pleasant brunch experience. I'd gladly return and explore more of their savory breakfast offerings.

The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the dining room was, which quite honestly is a rarity in most fast food restaurants today. We were greeted almost immediately by a young lady named Hannah. We placed our order and then decided to add a corn pup if they had them. She was quick to verify they did indeed have the pups so she added to our order and we paid. She said I will have your drink cups in just a second. We went to the table and when I turned to sit down, she was already bringing our cups out to our table. There were only a few people in the restaurant but when someone left, Hannah immediately came out and wiped the table down and cleaned anything that needed to be cleaned, picked up etc. When our food was ready, Hannah delivered the food to our table while also assisting someone at the counter, all while being extremely polite and courteous. We asked for mustard and just as quickly as everything else, Hannah brought the mustard to our table. As for the rest of the restaurant, the trash area was clean (not overflowing as is the norm at other fast food places). This Krystal restaurant is an older establishment but everything was clean...yes even the restrooms. The floors (including along the baseboards, and corners) in the dining room, hallway to the restroom and in the restrooms were free of trash and debris. We were very pleased with our visit. Hannah was amazing and obviously very responsible. She was personals, interacted with us and had pride in herself and how she performs her job. Kudos to Smyrna's Krystal's location and GREAT JOB Hannah! Keep up the good work!!!
