We went to awesome escape room in Rancho Cucamonga. I do plenty of them and for sure one of the best ones in the area. The staff was great and super nice. You start by scanning the QR Code by the front door to fill out a waiver, once your whole group fills it out then you call the number at the bottom for them to come and unlock the door and let you in. Personally I like the privacy of it, it keeps it less packed inside. We did the maze "Headcase" and without giving anything away, I thought it was really fun and a great story line. My friends were all first timers for escape mazes and after this they got bit by the maze bug and loved it so much. I will for sure be coming back to try out the other mazes they have to offer !! For sure a 9/10 read more

We returned to this escape room after thoroughly enjoying the Whitmore Estate, aside from the direction lock. This most recent time we decided to do their toughest room, Headcase. This room was challenging but the clues all made sense and everything worked as it was supposed to. It was very interactive and fun. Some might find some parts scary, but only because of the noises nothing pops up at you. The storyline was a fun one and based on a previous room they had but we never did it. Did a gauntlet of all their 3 rooms todays. What really stands out for me is their attention to detail and creativity. Every single room was packed to the brim with decoration and details, lots of cool effects, and their video production is on point. In terms of difficulty it's hard to gauge because I was with a group of 4-5 other enthusiasts so we blew threw every single room with 25 minutes to spare in each, haha. I would rank them, personally as Crystal Cave 6/10, Secret at Whitmore 7, and Headcase 8. Secret at Whitmore I would highlight as the room you would want to bring someone to if they ever asked "What's so fun about escape rooms?". Well done, good story, and great for enthusiasts and beginners alike. Headcase is a medical/thriller type escape room, with slightly higher difficulty and a more mature theme. Most of the stuff in here was good, but there was one section where a clue is given once, and if you miss it, you basically have to ask the GM. Not a fan of those, especially in big groups as not everyone is paying attention all the time. Otherwise solid room. Crystal Cave was a fun, cute and family friendly room. Only thing was that some of the slots to hold props didn't actually hold them, so I think some maintenance is needed. But again, all rooms here are way above average in quality and I think Secret at Whitmore is a standout. Definitely recommend coming here. read more

I usually don't write reviews for escape rooms because I don't want to spoil anything but I had such a fun time I had to try. Me and 3 friends (and a baby!) tried Headcase and it was fun. The puzzles were challenging but not impossible. One thing that stood out in this room was TEAMWORK. You gotta have teamwork to make the dream work. ‼ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ‼ We called ahead before booking to confirm if it's okay to arrive 5-10 mins late. She said our timer will start early then, which was understandable. When we got there, we kindly asked if we could have extra time since the next slot was not booked, and she's like oh then you can book it for the extra time. Before the room started, she asked if we wanted to request hints or if she should give them according to the time. We said the latter. During the game, we got NONE except when we asked for them, so we thought we could still have plenty of time. Obviously we failed to escape without full time and timely nudges. When she entered the room, we asked for the ending and if she could show us the rest of the room she's like NO. We asked if we could take a quick picture she's like NO, I need to reset the room. We asked to take a one-second selfie again NO, I need you guys to leave. Then she walked us to the lobby, went straight to the front door and kicked us out. We checked and there were NO rooms booked after us. We were treated ridiculously rude from start to finish, and it felt like she just meant to make us fail to escape. read more

Superb experience! Anthony, our GM, was so accommodating for our group of 4. We had one of our members that spoke limited English, and he even offered a printed set of game room rules that we could translate via phone app. We did the Crystal Cave room, which was simply enchanting. The set design was adorable, and all the puzzles we encountered were interactive, engaging and well thought out. This isn't your typical lock and key gen 1 room. Due to COVID-19, all of the escape rooms around us were not open just yet. My group jumped on this opportunity. Unfortunately, we only had time to do Headcase. The time limit is 75 minutes. A lot of fun for my 15 year olds birthday party. It was really realistic and they were on edge the entire time. Super easy to book and plan.

I came here back in March of this year for my birthday and I loved the room! Everything was really thought out. It was about 75% technical and 25% physical locks. Everything was well thought out! The immersion of the room was really thought out and definitely felt as if we were inside a mansion. Spookiness wasn't bad, I'd compare it to Haunted Mansion from Disneyland. Overall had a fun time and want to try out Headcase! read more

We are a very experienced group that has done escape rooms all over the country. We did Headcase and Secret of Whitmore Estate. Both of them had many unique features and awesome puzzles. The introductory video was very good. Our game masters were great! They were even nice enough to move our time to the next day when I realized that I had accidentally booked it on Saturday instead of Sunday. We are going back Friday to do the last one. We did Secret at Whitmore Estate which is an oldie but a goodie. Great set design, challenging puzzles with right amount of teamwork required without a lot of bottlenecking. No red herrings, super intuitive puzzle solving. The special effects and tech were on point! Recommend for groups of 4-6, medium level difficulty. Mild spoiler: Only one slight jumpy moment for super sensitive people like me but I jump when a drawer pops open :) read more

There were a few glitches that interrupted a near perfect gameplay experience, but nothing that would stop you from having a great time. Puzzles in the room aren't particularly difficult if you've played escape rooms before but there's a lot of them in a variety that keeps things interesting for the group.
