This is the best escape room I have ever been too. Exaggeration? Not even close. This family run escape room is seriously such a fun time. I took my cousin for her birthday and a friend with her daughter. This place gave us a hard time for choosing the hardest room they have haha whoops. They were so friendly and a blast to talk too. due to the fact it was only 3 adults and a child, they helped us with clues and kept us laughing through out the entire game. They extended our game and allowed us to go longer than the hour given. Did I mention we chose the hardest room but we finally finished. The son or grandson ended up joining our party and helping us out for a bit. They truly went above and beyond for us. They ended the game (we won by the way... only took us 30 min past the deadline so technically we all died lol) they gave my cousin a gift for her birthday for the next time she comes and even wished her a happy birthday. I understand you come for the fun game, but I will be back for the staff as well. They took us on a tour of each of the other rooms. Gave us insight. they went above and beyond. We had such a great experience thanks to Dani Kai! From the moment we arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. Our 9-year-old was feeling really anxious and unsure about doing the escape room, and Dani went above and beyond to help her feel safe and comfortable. She was so patient, kind, and understanding--never rushing her and taking the time to gently reassure her every step of the way. Because of Dani, what could have been a stressful experience turned into a fun and memorable one for our family. Her calm energy and genuine care made all the difference. We had an amazing experience at Journey Escape Room thanks to Dani Kai! From the moment we walked in, Dani was welcoming, energetic, and made us feel comfortable and excited to start. Dani did an incredible job explaining the rules clearly without giving too much away, which made the experience even more fun and challenging. The employees in this establishment were very kind and accommodating although I didn't really like this room. My best friend and I are enthusiasts and I feel like we kept over thinking this room. But there were also too many possibilities for answers to these puzzles and no indication as to how to figure it out. The room was also reset wrong and as a result we accidentally did things out of order which confused us. The clues that we asked for were also confusing and unclear. Overall this escape room would be good for newbies who have never done a room before but for me and my friend it wasn't our cup of tea. read more

Journey Escape Rooms was an amazing experience! We tried out the room with highest difficulty "Dead Air" and it was blast and got our mind wheels turning. Jacob was an awesome escape room host! He was very kind, helpful, and explained everything perfectly. He made our already great experience that much better! Will definitely be back to try out the other rooms. YES! I love Journey Escape Rooms! I've done "Locked In" and "Hey You Guys" so far, and I can't wait to come back for "Medieval Mayhem", "Close Encounters", and "Saving Christmas"! The puzzles are appropriately challenging but doable with a little bit of thought, the decor is super immersive and well-done, and the people are super friendly and helpful. This was my first time here and honestly it was great, i tried the space room and it was good i loved the way it looked, just a little hard for my first time. The worker who helped us was very kind she showed us all the different rooms we were able to do and helped us a lot through out the whole thing. I'd say this was the best experience as my first time would definitely come back again to do a different one. read more

I had a great time, the room and puzzles were very neat and our game master was very fun, informative and provided a great experience. It was a very immersive experience and our room had a live actor that made our experience even more enjoyable. First escape room I've done, seven of us were stumped at some parts, super excited when we figured it out. Did the medieval one, loved the theme, getting scared by a live actor caused real terror. Alyssa was observant and gave us extra time for doing a dance move. Best time to come is on Monday when they're not busy and they give you more time. Will be back :) read more

it was so much fun!! i was lowkey not doing anything i was next to that skeleton the whole time, he was locked up for so long he needed a friend. definitely recommend this escape room! especially with multiple friends to be entertained! Tried Dead Air and wow, it was tough! The room had such a creepy vibe that kept us on edge the whole time, and the puzzles were no joke. We had to really dig deep to figure things out, and even then it felt like the room was one step ahead of us. If you love a challenge and don't mind a little bit of fear mixed in, this one's a blast. read more

I really enjoyed the rooms! I'm not really sure what is going on comp to my wife, however she said that she is never disappointed by this company. I really enjoyed Alex and her respectful of the "gamemaster, nudge" balanc. she was also very kind and just all around a great host! I will be coming back for more! read more

We had the pleasure of meeting Vania, who helped us throughout our experience. This was our first time doing an escape experience and it was challenging so I'm glad we had her to help.
