Lauren and Rayne were so welcoming, warm, and enthusiastic, you could tell they share the same passion and energy we experienced over the phone. They went out of their way to make the day special by giving us crowns, stickers, and even a personalized, handwritten card! They were super attentive, offered to take pictures for us to capture the memory, and invited us back the next time we're in town. The hospitality here is truly unmatched. I absolutely loved doing this escape room. This one was a 9 difficulty out of 10 but the puzzles and tasks were very manageable to figure out. My team of 7 did it with about 8 minutes to spare. All the employees were very friendly and helped us understand how it works etc. There were a few people in my party that have never done an escape room before so they had a lot of questions. It wasnt scary or I didn't feel like any of the puzzles were too difficult to do. Everything made sense. The room was well put together with a lot of though going into it. We Can Never Get Enough! with a staff member, and we could tell they were Been to this franchise, especially this location, multiple times already. Every time we're here, the staff and gamemasters are so kind and caring. We spent a lot of time after our escape game talking with a staff member, and we could tell they were really passionate about escape rooms. Shoutout to Brooke for being an awesome gamemaster and giving us hints when we were struggling, without us having to ask. We went for my friend's birthday, and she definitely made the day special! This was super addicting and gave us an adrenaline rush at the end that we ended up booking another room! We love going to the Escape Game because they also let you record inside the game! My friends and I love to do escape rooms and Escape Game never fails us! I think they set the standard of what a good escape room should be! This is our second time at the Victoria Gardens location and we've had great experiences both times! This time we did the Special Ops: Mysterious Market room which we thought was a very cool concept. Our game master, Brooke, was super supportive about guiding us through the room but still giving us the time to solve the puzzles on our own. She also gave us a birthday card that the staff signed for our friend! So nice!!! Me and my friends also like to film our experiences to watch back later and take pictures around the room afterward and we LOVE that they always allow us to do that!!! REALISTIC & IMMERSIVE! This is my first game with The Escape Game brand of escape rooms and I'm officially ADDICTED. I want to try all of their games now! I recently went with a group of 7 and we took on the Prison Break Room. You're essentially locked into two separate cells at the beginning and your party is split into two teams. You need to rely on eachother's clues to move on to the subsequent rooms. Each room came with a hint buzzer in case you get stumped. Honestly, we could've pressed it more as this was a tough one, but we let our egos win haha. I loved seeing the attention to detail across this set of escape rooms. There were prison jumpsuits, secret compartments, a spooky boiler room, and library straight out of a murder mystery movie. Unfortunately, we didn't escape this one! However, for those who do escape, you're eligible to buy exclusive shirts for that specific challenge. There's merch available even if your don't win, I bought a cool trucker hat and a chess piece pin symbolizing "Prison Break" to commemorate this moment. Note, "Prison Break" is the game at the highest difficulty level. I'd suggest doing it only if you're with escape room veterans. Otherwise, there's other rooms you can try at a lower difficulty level. The guy at the cash register was AMAZING, I loved his vibe and he had excellent taste. He had also bought the trucker hat I selected! My only suggestion for improvement is that the rules could've been explained to us better, our host was a little too rushed and she left some things out. The facility was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The whole experience was well organized, fun, and made for a great outing. He hung up a Happy Birthday banner, customized the train tickets with our printed names, and even personalized my husband's ticket for his birthday. At the end of the game, they surprised him with a birthday gift, which was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture. This place is soooooo cool! I've always wanted to participate in an escape room experience and had the opportunity recently with my daughters and my oldest's boyfriend's family. We signed the waivers prior to arrival via an email link. Once we'd checked in, we were introduced to the other parties that would be joining us. The room we scheduled could accommodate up to 12 participants. I think we had 11 overall. The facility was clean and well kept, including the bathrooms. The staff was friendly, informative and helpful. I'm claustrophobic, so the nice thing is they tell you the doors don't lock, you can leave if you need to, but the time doesn't stop. Thankfully the space was pretty roomy, so it honestly wasn't a problem. We did the Playground escape experience. There was a lot to see and figure out, but it was honestly so fun. We all found a groove and worked together to solve puzzles, unlock locks, find keys and hidden passcodes, etc. It was challenging but fun. I honestly loved how interactive everything was! It was so cool! They monitor you in case you get stuck and check in if they notice things aren't progressing. I think that happened one time for us and we didn't have to use the "help" button. They toss up helpful hints on the monitors as well from time to time. We escaped with I think 9 or 10 minutes left and each of us received an "I Escaped" sticker. Our first ever escape room experience! My 7 and 8yo loved it even though the puzzles were challenging and definitely needed adults to lead the way. We did thr playground room and it really would be better with the max 12 people. There were just sooo many different puzzles to solve....we almost didnt escape. The facility is clean. They don't lock the door, so if you need to use the restroom or need to make a phone call you can. You are allowed to take pictures for memories while playing. We came here as a group of two and were greeted by Liana, she was so sweet over the phone and even sweeter in person. Since we were early we chatted a little bit about the escape rooms and our experience. My bf and I have this little thing going on where we guess how long we have left when we escape and whoever's time is closer gets treated out. We told Liana this and she was cheering us on :) then we were led in by our game guide Ivy, who was super friendly and wonderful as well! We quickly got started and loved the aspects of our room- Timeliner. I highly highly recommend this room to anyone, it's currently my favorite after our experience here. Without spoiling too much I loved the unique puzzles during each part and even the ticket they personalize for you in the beginning. After we finished Caiti came in and gave us a crown for the winner (my bf who guessed 2:00, we escaped in 00:06) & gifts for us!! She helped us take so many photos together. We were also led out to the lobby area where the whole team came to greet and thanked us for coming and even took a photo with us! This made my whole week, what a way to end off 2025. We are so happy that we visited this location and will definitely be back!! I went a few weeks ago with my friends and we had the best time! We played prison break. The clues were challenging, the room was very immersive. I definitely felt like I was in prison in the very beginning. But what really made the experience the best was our game guide Lauren! She was the best game guide we've ever had hands down. This escape room company doesn't have private rooms so your group shares the room and the game with strangers in another group, which isn't terrible but also takes a bit away from trying to solve the clues and puzzles yourself and with your own group. The staff was so welcoming and AMAZING. I mentioned it we booked the room to celebrate my friend's bday and they asked what she likes. I told them she like Hello Kitty and to our surprise, the room was decorated with happy birthday and Hello Kitty things! They even gave her a birthday card with a hand drawn Hello Kitty! My date had planned a fun first outing for us at Victoria Gardens--dinner followed by an escape room experience. I've always loved escape rooms and have done quite a few, so I thought it would be a great way to interact and enjoy each other's company while solving a mystery together. We booked the Time Traveler room and arrived on time, expecting to play as just the two of us. But when we checked in, we were asked if we'd be okay joining another group. The other players were standing right beside us while the staff asked, which made it awkward--I didn't feel like I could really say no. While the group we were paired with was friendly and worked well with us, it wasn't the experience I had hoped for. I was looking forward to something more intimate and fun for a first date. After the game ended, we were pulled aside to share our feedback--again, with the same group right next to us--which made it uncomfortable to be fully honest in the moment. The room itself (Time Traveler) was creative, and the staff was polite, but I was disappointed by how the grouping was handled. It changed the tone of what could've been a memorable, personal experience. Since then, we haven't gone back to another escape room, which is unfortunate because it's something I usually love doing. read more
