I personally would've said something if my child was in there and that was going on. Anyway, a few mins after being there, about 8 or 9 books fell off the over stacked shelf. The customer jokingly said "I didn't do it" and the worker replied "it happens all the time" as he continued standing behind the counter, playing on his phone. Some other customer had to pick the books up. He obviously has no care in the world for this shop and frankly that's sad. My buddy was thumbing through the back issues that he could actually get to and started pulling out books that were ridiculously overpriced. They were damaged and disgusting. One in particular had a coffee ring on its cover. Others had destroyed covers that should've been in the nickle bin. This place needs a complete overhaul and a worker who actually takes pride in their shop.

It was nice to see all the changes in this place, the games in the front lobby, the large concession stand with a menu of snacks and a few hot items. I ordered the fried pickles (medallions, not spears) which were great. The seats were comfortable, and had a nice amount of recline to them. Overall, outside of having to leave the theater to get my food (spoiled by the Texas theaters I frequent who serve you at the seat), I had a great time and I'll be sure to check out this theater again when I'm back in town.
