F*********************ck this office!!!!!!! They're so unprofessional AND unqualified!!! There was such an obsession trying to figure out who was at fault for not sending my records by the time of my appointment came, for at the end they needed to contact I.T. to help them view all of my images and tell my doctor. TO JUST REALIZE THAT THEIR RADIOLOGIST FELT OVERWHELMED WITH THE AMOUNT OF WORK HE HAD TO DO AND MISDIAGNOSED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So not just their front desk staff was unqualified, but also their "radiologist." The owner replied to my review on Google, but then deleted it so they don't truly care to even remedy this. If this happened to me, I don't even want to know how older patients deal with this. This office has zero empathy for patients, and the whole office is so weird, dirty, and janky. Not all of their changing room doors lock to change, and not all of their robes have everything attached to tie properly. Please tell your doctor to refer you to anywhere else but here! Also their business hours are listed wrong

I took an appointment one hour after they called. Amazing, same day service! I have been to this location a few times in the last year or so for imaging and had ok service but this last appointment was good. I did have to wait about 30 minutes but the time went by quickly. One of the desk gals asked waiting patients if they would like a glass of water while they were waiting, she quickly obliged. When was the last time that happened to you in a medical office? The desk staff were polite and got the paperwork handled quickly. The MRI tech was polite and professional. There is generally a good vibe and good humor among all of the employees I encountered. This is a busy office yet it seems to run well now. My experience this time was better than in the past. The only problem with this visit has nothing to do with Imaging Specialists but with the parking. This building now uses Metropolis which is an awful parking system. You are forced to use it and you cannot pay with the swipe of a card or cash. Metropolis uses cameras and you must download an app or call them and go through a big hassle to pay. Metropolis has been sued and had to settle for millions for deceptive practices, overcharging, difficulty obtains refunds, big fines and now some sketchy parking company has a lot of your personal information. Just NO. The building should offer a better parking experience and so should the lot just down the street.

Terrible Billing Practices & Unprofessional Behavior -- BEWARE!…read more I had an extremely disappointing experience with Women's Imaging Center and Dr. Morris-Chong's office. We were charged $250 up front for a screening that our insurance, Blue Shield, confirmed was covered 100%. Blue Shield was shocked that this facility charged us the way they did. While billing mistakes can happen, the real problem was how the office handled (or rather, mishandled) the situation. Even after we sent them the official Explanation of Benefits clearly showing full coverage with no copay, they continued to deny the facts, gaslight us, and insist that our insurance required payment. We had to get Blue Shield directly involved, and they confirmed not only that the visit should have cost $0, but that they had already paid the center -- meaning the office attempted to double-dip from both us and the insurance. To make matters worse, trying to get a refund was a nightmare. Front desk staff like Barbara C. dodged calls and gave the runaround, claiming she didn't handle billing and would "talk to the doctor " and that "the person that does billing hasn't been in the office at all". Really? How is that possible? After a few calls someone did eventually email us but that person did not seem knowledgeable with billing practices. After weeks of back-and-forth emails (where we were nothing but professional and polite), they agreed to refund only $160 (they confirmed they were mailing it out July 7th) -- not the full $250. Weeks passed with no check, and when it finally arrived at the end of July, it was for only $90. After that? Total silence. They completely ghosted us. Blue Shield has contacted me to encourage me to file a grievance against this practice as they feel cheated as well since they already paid them long ago and are shocked by the mishandling of their billing with our case. We have full documentation -- emails, call logs, and letters from Blue Shield confirming our position -- and are happy to share them with anyone considering this practice. This isn't about the money; it's about the principle. No patient should be treated like this, especially when already dealing with the stress of a suspicious medical finding. Absolutely unacceptable and unethical behavior from a healthcare provider. Avoid this place at all costs.

She had the best bedside manner and explained everything to us to the point where we hardly had any questions. Whatever questions we did have were answered thoroughly. I have never encountered a doctor like Dr. Morris. She is what every doctor should strive to be. Absolutely the best experience! I can't forget her office manager, Barbara! She is absolutely amazing--very professional and caring. Made the whole process simple and streamlined.

The fee is not validated by the office. This information is especially important for patients coming in for diagnostic testing or medical appointments, particularly those on a fixed income. My technician this morning was great, as I mentioned I had a bad experience in the past where a male technician was rushed and there wasn't even a dressing room available. Now I always ask for a female and don't wear anything with metal. I sent a message to Yelp this morning because there is an old comment showing from their previous business manager that is not in response to my current review.

Between an annual a mammogram and the Sono imaging, I feel as confident as I can. The imagining is done efficiently and takes only about 25 minutes. The staff is welcoming and will explain things along the way. The process itself involves the patient on their back and an ultrasound unit guided manually by the technician over a comprehensive area of the chest (including armpits and down to the upper ribcage). The cost has risen over the years but they often offer a discount which I try to take advantage of. Unfortunately they don't work with insurance, but if you have an HSA account you can use those funds to cover the cost.

They requested an ultrasound in addition to my mammogram. They made it sooo difficult for me to even book an ultrasound with them as I needed an approval from my OB (who is M.I.A). It's like: Why?! They're the ones asking me for an ultrasound and they have the ability to take said ultrasound- why do I need to get approval (aka another written referral) from my OB?! Insane! I'm not sure that Huntington even reads the patient's medical history as I had stated that I'd had a breast reduction (which creates scar tissue). I decided to come here for a second opinion. They were able to get my records from The Eleonor Breast Center. It was so much easier and smoother to book an appointment here. The radiologist that sent me the report here at Sono Center obviously took my medical history into consideration. They suggested a follow up ultrasound in a few months, which I appreciate. Their prices definitely went up but you get what you pay for in convenience, friendliness and just the fact that it's really hassle-free. They have a large validated parking lot and they're located on the first floor of the building. The place is very clean and cozy. I got my results the next day - which I appreciate very much as I was really stressed out over my results!

I also thought it would be good to have an "in" just in case. Unfortunately, my experience didn't go well. To be honest, I have a fear of going to doctors and avoid it as much as possible. I arrived early for my appointment as instructed. The staff at the front desk were courteous and professional. About 10 minutes before my scheduled time a nurse escorted me to the room and took my vitals. When she was done, she said the doctor would be in shortly. 35 minutes later - no doctor. The room was cold, my fingers were numb, and I had to get back to work so I walked over to the front desk and told them I was leaving. The next day I received a call asking me if I wanted to reschedule. I said no because I was afraid the doctor would be a no show again and I would find another doctor. Later that day I received another call asking me the same thing, and I gave the same answer. This time the scheduler told me there were two other doctors in the network at the same location and she could book me an appointment with one of them. Unfortunately, the soonest appointment isn't until the end of July but she said she would also put me on the wait list. I appreciate that she went the extra mile to help me. Hopefully, I'll have better luck on my next visit. *Private parking lot.

I've never been to a chemo facility before. You expect something sterile or clinical, but City of Hope South Pasadena is different. It's human. It's kind. The people here don't just clock in -- they show up. From the front desk to the nurses to the volunteers offering water and candy, everyone treated my friend with dignity and genuine care. We were there about four hours, and in that time, I saw more quiet heroism than most people see in a lifetime. Nurses moving with precision and grace, comforting patients like family. No chaos, no coldness -- just empathy and skill in perfect balance. They even offered me water and candy while I waited -- a small gesture, but it meant the world. It reminded me that while medicine keeps people alive, kindness makes it bearable. Life is short. Sitting here makes you realize how fragile it all is -- and how strong people can be in the face of something so heavy. To the staff here: you are heroes. To anyone reading this -- hug your loved ones, laugh more, and don't take a single day for granted. City of Hope South Pasadena isn't just a medical facility -- it's a place where hope has a heartbeat. The care is professional, the staff are angels in scrubs, and the compassion is real.
