Even though our testing showed we were below levels that needed mitigation and therefor did not get a system, we were treated like we were big spender customers. We were educated in Radon and what it can do to our health as well as what our tests meant. They also found while they were here that our sump pump was not working and had it replaced in two hours. Breathe Right removed the radon from my home on 6/24/22. The crew was waiting for me to open my door at 9 am, our appointment time. They worked straight through from 9 am to 1:30, when they finished. The boss, Josh, came by a few times to make sure everything was being done correctly. I called Breathe Easy Radon for info, and Josh called me back within 20 minutes. Josh sent Dave to my home and he arrived within an hour to look at what would be needed and take pics. Josh had a quote to me that afternoon, and after we approved it Josh and his crew had our mitigation completed 2 days later.
