Have used these folks twice, excellent service. Had paid for service plan but forgot to take advantage of it; I never scheduled the service appointments. One year passed and although plan period had expired, they rolled over the plan to current year so my current issue could be taken care of. Got stuck with a 4% credit card charge ($240) that they didn't disclose until AFTER the work was done even though we asked about using a credit card to pay for the work from the very beginning. On top of that, it's been a couple of weeks and the AC unit still isn't working well. Really disappointed as we got other quotes that weren't even that much of a price difference. Definitely do not recommend. read more

Jay with Eagle Heating and Air Conditioning service our furnace and also fixed an issue with our AC coil freezing up into a block of ice. He got the job done quickly at an affordable price. Jay also fixed the bracket that holds our filter in place. It was not holding the filter correctly and dust was getting past the filter. Now the filter fits snugly and there are no gaps. I am very happy with the service from Eagle Heating and Cooling. read more

I can't say enough good things about Jay and his company. they were prompt, polite and thorough. We called them to fix a furnace that another company had screwed up badly. not a Great experience at all, tech came out to give bid on new furnace received quote like a week Later, then they called to come look at it again they were not sure how they would do it. waited and waited I had to call them back and ask when could we get this done they said we will call you back never did. I called them back , I was told they were waiting to here back from engineer because there were trusses in the way. I don't think they wanted to do Job because it was to hard for them . took well over a month to hear back and I had to call them . Then I was told they will call me right back , they called the next day said they were going to back out of Job . very bad customer service. read more

I am beyond disappointed and upset with the level of customer service, professionalism and lack of communication I experienced dealing with Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning. I would highly recommend you do not use them for any heating and air conditioning services. I recently purchased a home and part of the purchase contract the owner was getting a brand new swamp cooler installed along with the water line from the outside water faucet to the swamp cooler. The owner purchased the swamp cooler from Home Depot and hired Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning to instal the swamp cooler and run the water line. I called them to get the water line installed after the home purchase. A few days after installation water was shooting out the water line where it connected on the outside faucet. I called to have them come out and repair the leak. The technician came out and suggested running a new line in the crawl space. I told him I would prefer to have it stay outside. The technician said that the valve would need to be replaced. He took the old one off and told me he would ask the owner if he could get a new one. The technician said he would show the owner the old valve and see what they can do, he stated in a text message to me if worse comes to worse he would just get a new one and put it in, maybe I would split the cost with him, at worst he thought it would be 30 to 40 dollars. I told him that it was my responsibility to get the new valve and I could go pick one up and he could just fix the water line. The technician said he would go get a new valve in the next couple weeks and bring me the recipt then fix the water line. This is what we agreed on. I also have to say the technician was scheduled to come out 7/29 the repair was complete 8/26. I then recieved a bill in the amount of $217.50. I called and spoke to Rochelle. I asked why I am receiving this bill she stated for the new valve, service charge and somthing else. When I tried to explain I was under the impression this was already paid for by the owner Rochelle told me that there is no warranty for anything that is not theirs like the swamp cooler or the valve on the house. I mentioned no one told me this was going to cost me or I would not have done it. Rochelle's response was "it's a given." I told her I would have to make payments. We ended the call. I called back to ask if I needed to set up a payment plan. Again I spoke to Rochelle. We got the payment processed figured out. I then told Rochelle I would like to voice my frustration in regards to her "it's a given." statement. I explained not everyone knows how this works and I was not informed by her when scheduling the leak repair or the technician when he was telling me what we needed to do. I explained I am a first time home owner and had no Idea. Rochelle's response was "Okay." I then stated that her lack of concern is even more frustrating than the actual situation and her response was "Okay." Again. Apparently the owner of my home was given the disclaimer when she paid for the installation of the cooler and the water line installation. She was informed that any issues with the cooler itself, the home or anything that was not Eagle Heating & Air Conditioning's material would be an additional service charge etc. I was never informed this. I did ask to speak to the owner. This has been very frustrating to me because I now owe $217.50 for a service I was under the impression was already paid for. Again if I was aware I would be charged for anything other then the part that was replaced I wouldn't of okayed the job. I would of also shopped around for the valve that was purchased. read more

I found Eagle Heating and AC on the BBB website. They are prompt, efficient and competively priced. The technician who did the work arrived on time, explained his work clearly and was very personable. Any company that has employees with great customer service skills has my vote. I won't hesitate to use this company again. read more

Worst experience with a service company that I have ever had. I had an amazing service guy with another company come out to clean my furnace (his company specializes in just cleanings) he suggested that I needed my evaporator coil cleaned because my furnace was overheating and shutting off. I had him speak directly to Eagle heating to explain the problem and what I needed done. I waited a week for my appointment and the service tech showed up completely unprepared to do the job specified from a professional a week prior. I called to speak to the owner and found out it changed hands in late July. The new owner was rude and unable to recognized or admit that they dropped the ball. He kept suggesting that I must have used the wrong terminology, And was unprepared and unwilling to fix it so that I could have the job completed that I've been waiting on for over a week. To show up without the proper equipment in a service profession is sloppy and unprepared and then to not have a solution to the problem as a business owner is not ok. At $85 bucks an hour, I expect more from a company. read more
