The space was clean, welcoming, and had a calming atmosphere from the moment you walked in. Both the yoga instructor and host had their dogs there, which added a warm and friendly touch. The Himalayan salt wall looked beautiful and really helped set the tone for the evening. Ashley Padma led the somatic release and sound experience beautifully. She guided us through breath work starting from the root chakra and moving all the way up through the body, helping everyone feel grounded, present, and connected. The instruments and sound healing elements were calming and deeply relaxing, creating a peaceful environment to release stress and let go of anything carried into the room before the session began. It was a wonderful way to ground yourself in the evening before settling into bed. The class helped get the blood flowing, deepen the breath, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with the body. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for relaxation, grounding, and stress relief.

The standout feature is their massive backlit salt rock wall that stretches across the space -- side to side, floor to ceiling -- glowing in warm amber tones that instantly soften your nervous system. The lighting is where the magic happens. The salt bricks are fully illuminated from behind, giving the entire room a steady, soothing radiance rather than harsh overhead light. It creates an atmosphere that's both grounding and subtly elevated -- perfect for meditation, breathwork, sound healing, or any inward-focused experience. Beyond aesthetics, the space feels thoughtfully held. Clean, peaceful, and energetically neutral in the best way, it's the kind of venue where it's easy to drop in, exhale, and actually be present. Whether you're attending a workshop or just visiting for a session, the environment supports the work being done there. Highlights: Stunning full-wall backlit salt installation Warm, calming ambiance (great for nervous system regulation) Quiet, intentional atmosphere Ideal setting for spiritual and wellness events If you're someone who values vibe as much as venue, this place absolutely delivers.

This studio is intentionally designed to help you adapt, expand, and feel more alive. One of my favorite studio experiences so far. I genuinely did not want to leave! The Philosophy & First Impression: Before my first visit, I received a welcome video explaining the studio's philosophy: Using breath and hormetic stress (heat, cold, & movement) to grow stronger, healthier, and happier together. Their belief is simple & powerful, "When you take control of your breath, you take charge of your life." When I pulled into the parking lot, I could hear a man inside calling out, "Breathe in... let it go. Breathe in... let it go." (It seriously felt like the building was breathing.) The Space: I was warmly welcomed by staff who helped me check in, sign a waiver, and gave me a wristband and a full tour. The studio includes: a sauna; a cold plunge room; a yoga room; an AQUATru filtered water station; cubbies, dressing rooms, and a bathroom; and a lounge room with an educational video on their method The Class (Vinyasa Flow & Breath 90): The yoga room was arranged in a circular formation, so we faced one another, creating a shared presence & community. The class itself was an intermediate, heated power vinyasa with a smooth, steady breath-to-movement flow. Wendi cued in Sanskrit followed by English and layered in breath cues and gentle inward-turning suggestions in grounded poses. After a steady standing series, we moved into deep stretching and incredible twisting and detoxifying poses on the ground. The Breathwork Experience: After yoga, we were guided onto our backs with padded eye masks waiting for us. Wendi led us through three rounds of open-mouth inhales and exhales ("Breathe in, let it go"), followed by Mula Bandha and long-breath holds. During one of the holds, I received a neck and shoulder massage with peppermint oil, and I could feel the cooling, soothing effect immediately. The third round was the most powerful, with reminders that our bodies were fully oxygenated. After the final exhale, we were released into savasana. Wendi closed with a beautiful reflection about looking back on our day, our week, our month, our life and saying, "It was a wild and wonderful ride," which perfectly described the whole experience. The Teacher: Wendi was incredibly welcoming, thorough, and present. She took time one-on-one beforehand to explain and demonstrate the breathwork, which is essential for a sense of safety. After class, she stayed to connect personally and encouraged me to explore the sauna and cold plunge. She definitely holds a grounded, confident, and supportive container. The Sauna & Community Vibe: (I forgot a bathing suit for the cold plunge, but I spent time in the sauna.) It was a warm, social gathering space where the energy of the class naturally flowed in. People were connecting, chatting, and relaxing together. It felt like a communal ritual space. Overall Experience: This studio has so much to offer! The integration of breathwork, yoga, heat, cold, and education is genuinely thoughtful (not trendy). It was such a pleasure to experience Breathe Degrees. This is a must for any yoga enthusiast! Practical Note: First-timers must arrive 15 minutes early, no exceptions. This studio prioritizes safety and intentionality.

As soon as I walked inside of the facility, the energy level difference from the outside was very apparent. There is so much care, precision, and love dedicated to the space, making sure to keep the vibration as high as possible. Very accepting and understanding energy - which was super intimidating at first! I was able to center my Earth Star with Lori's help and it was really disorienting at first, but I knew it's what my soul really needed as I've been "out of body" for most of my life. As this is my first experience with reiki, she helped me clean out negative energies and I felt so much lighter and peaceful. She helped me understand myself and my body more and I couldn't be more grateful :)

I took a reiki 1 certification course and on the second day, she got weird. To me she felt a little paranoid of "bad energy" and even stopped the class to provide my sister and I a "reiki cleanse" as in her own word she needed "to detach" from the energy. I didnt think much of it at first and respected her judgement since I thought, "she must know what she's talking about" but after reflecting more on it and allowing time and my own search, I see it as unprofessional and almost borderline paranoid. Her anxiety got projected onto mine. Even my sister felt the same. The reason I went along with it was because I didn't know what to expect, I've never had an experience like that one as I was hoping to seek a more holistic humanistic one. Its been a year so maybe she's worked through that fear of her, who knows. But this was my experience when attending a year ago. Lots of "do and don't". Weird.
