There are clearly lots of regulars that attend classes. Aerial Yoga isn't heated, and it was by far my favorite class. Maybe it was the novelty of it since I had never tried Aerial Yoga before, but nonetheless, I felt like a kid and was radiating a smile the entire time. Gayle was lovely. She even took some pictures of me in poses to share with my friends and family. I ended up having a private class since no one else showed up (yay me!!!). Parking available in the shopping center. Bathrooms & showers available inside. Filtered water available too- not cold, but you don't really care after you just sweated your entire body out. The staff & teachers were kind. This is a well over due testimonial. Kyra, was very kind and sweet. She took the time to "listen" to my story. She didn't push me to start, she sat and listened. Here's what happened or at least what I can explain happened. I had a session with Kyra. I honestly didn't know what to expect and all I can say is WOW!!! What happened!!??? All of a sudden I felt clean!!! Clean as in, I couldn't feel anyone's energy in my space!!! Immediately after the session, I couldn't help but wave my arms around me 360 degrees with a smile on my face in amazement!! I couldn't stop waving my arms. I felt clean!! I had the most magical experience with Erin as she guided me through my soul retrievals. I have never experienced anything so profound in my spiritual practice. It was an amazing adventure that helped me complete my transition and find the missing pieces I was looking for, but didn't know about. It is a must-have experience for all. This is a great meditation studio. The sound bath meditation classes that they offer are absolutely amazing and calming. Everyone is very welcoming. They have pillows, bolsters, blankets, and eye masks for you to use but you can also bring your own. It does get cold in the studio due to the season and the location so dress warm and comfortable. Parking can be somewhat of a hassle so give yourself some time to find a spot, it is in Downtown Oceanside which is always busy. I highly recommend! read more

Sacred space of Oceanside feels like you are coming home to yourself. Kyra is beyond amazing in her yoga session's: gentle flow, trauma yoga with TRE. She is also able certify in levels 1-3 in Reiki, and is absolutely amazing in her reiki sessions. Highly recommend, due to her mastery level as a practitioner. She guided us through breath work starting from the root chakra and moving all the way up through the body, helping everyone feel grounded, present, and connected. The instruments and sound healing elements were calming and deeply relaxing, creating a peaceful environment to release stress and let go of anything carried into the room before the session began. It was a wonderful way to ground yourself in the evening before settling into bed. The class helped get the blood flowing, deepen the breath, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with the body.
