I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Enchanted Day Spa. We booked the Couples Retreat…read morePackage, which included a Swedish massage, scalp massage, and foot treatment, and I also added the hand repair treatment. From the moment we arrived, the spa had a warm, calming, and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone was incredibly welcoming and made us feel comfortable right away. My massage therapist, Tisha, was amazing--so kind and professional, and her massage truly melted all of my stress away. Every part of the experience felt thoughtful and rejuvenating, and I left feeling completely relaxed and stress-free. This was exactly the kind of escape I needed, and I can't recommend Enchanted Day Spa (and Tisha!) enough. I will definitely be back!

That was the best decision I could have made. I had a truly relaxing, memorable experience. My therapist was Robbie who is a young man with a gentle but firm hand. As he worked, he checked in to confirm the amount of the pressure he was applying. I combined services to result in a 2 hour head to toe experience. I left feeling calm, taken care of and with my muscles completely relaxed. The prices at Enchanted are so affordable with the services being top quality. It is more than worth it to travel 10 minutes to get enchanting body services. Thanks Enchanted!!

Not a fan of bad reviews but whoever is working the phones here needs to be retrained…read more Called to make an appointment for my girlfriend's birthday on June 7th for a couples massage. The operator answered and immediately put me on hold - ok no problem. Then when she returns there's not type of niceness or sincerity in her voice, straight to the point in what am I wanting and when I asked for a couples massage she immediately wanted all my information, ok I guess, and then when I ask for how much the massages are she ignores the question getting into timings and the different services offered. I ask again "okay.. prices?" And she gives me attitude stating "depends on what you want with massages starting at $190 I don't know what you want" yes... you don't know what I want because you asked absolutely no probing questions to get to what I am looking for. Why would I book a couples massage and not know what the price is and then get there for the massage to find out it's outside of my price range. I'm sure this facility and the massages are great but I live well over 2 and a half hours away, I am going for my girlfriends celebration, so to immediately be given attitude before the trip has even started yet is a huge turn off. Definitely retrain whomever this person is, customer service starts BEFORE you get in the door.

It looks small but there so much space in the back rooms you find peace and serenity curing your appointment . My partner got a facial and I had a deep tissue massage with extra additional services upon request such hemp oils etc. Definitely will be back again because the staff is incredible at what they do and so hospitable 5 star service..

I booked the 75-minute "Signature Head Spa" expecting a relaxing, luxury experience. It was the…read morecomplete opposite. From the start, the facility felt unclean. The locker room was cold, the showers had visible grime in the grout, and the robe in my locker had a yellow stain on it. The sandals provided were also cheap and uncomfortable. The service itself was worse. The technician started late and repeatedly pulled and ripped my hair throughout the treatment. The products used on my scalp and face caused irritation and itchiness -- definitely not what you expect from a "luxury" service. After the treatment, my hair was matted, dry, and I couldn't even run my fingers through it. I also noticed breakage around my scalp, which is incredibly upsetting. For context, they used Eva NYC leave-in conditioner -- something you can buy at Target -- which makes the $200 price point even harder to justify. I tried to salvage the experience by using the spa amenities, but those were also disappointing: Steam room had visible buildup in the grout Sauna wasn't actually hot Jacuzzi looked dirty, with buildup around drains and rust-colored staining At that point, I just wanted to leave. When I shared my concerns at checkout, I was offered a discount for a future visit -- but I'm not local and wouldn't return anyway. This is not a luxury spa experience. It felt poorly maintained, low quality, and honestly stressful rather than relaxing. Save your money and go somewhere else.

It wasn't busy when I went and the front desk staff was very nice. Men's and women's lockers rooms which were nice(I only saw the mens side). Showers, lockers, sinks with shaving gear as well. You start to change into either a robe or swimming stuff. If you use the services like a massage you get the robe. There's a common area with hot tea and water and lounge chairs to relax as well. The spa portion has four connected hot tubs. Theres also an outdoor pool but that is seasonal. Theres also a sauna and steam room. Both are pretty big. The sauna was working better than the steam room. There are also lounge chairs and marble areas to sit on to cool down. Nice relaxing way to spend a few hours. Ill definitely be back
