Cons: onion rings massively over fried and tasted frozen, not fresh. Nachos had barely any toppings and the chicken was in a ball in the corner of the plate; not spread out evenly. Right off the bat, we didn't think either of the people working were overly friendly, and didn't really make us feel overly welcome. We decided to do two flights of red wine - kind of insane to me that a flight was $40, thank god we had a 2 for 1 discount. The other people in my party also said they'd give the experience a 2 or 3 stars - price was unbelievably expensive (especially when you can go down the street at Carboy and do a flight for half the price). No one was impressed by the service either - for a flight, I'd expect a little more background and explanation of the wines, but the person came and dropped off beakers of all the wine with a quick explanation then left it up to us to pour our own wines. The wines themselves were nothing spectacular either, two from Colorado and two from California grapes (I think) - we liked the blend but that was about it. We have been friends for 26 years and we took a girls getaway to Breckenridge. I can't begin to say enough positive things about your establishment! The martinis were absolutely scrumptious. Christian is a dedicated young man, and as I told him he is like "an old soul in a young body". I mean that with the highest regard! He is completely squared away, he was personable, kind, and friendly while still tending to all of the guests that were there. One thing that impressed me the most is how he kept his bar so organized.....he has an incredible attention to detail... before he served any drink, he put a straw in it, pulled it out with his finger held over the top of the straw and sampled a taste of the drink, and then would throw the straw away. I've only seen this done at a few establishments, which I can tell you Cecilia is at the top of the list and the epitome of a wonderful experience! The only thing I would ask in return is that the owner of Cecilia's please recognize Christian for all of his efforts. Too often in life, people are very quick to complain about a negative experience and as a result, no one will take the time to reward positive experiences. It was my first time white water rafting, and the Half Day Browns Canyon Tour with Performance…read moreTours was a perfect introduction; with 6 Class III rapids and plenty of opportunities in calmer water to practice paddling and catch a breath. The tour company was very well organized, and the guides were able to get everyone suited up with proper gear and loaded on to busses efficiently. We received a safety talk on land before entering the rafts and got instructions on how to sit, how to paddle, and what commands to watch out for. Our guide, Charlotte, was enthusiastic, confident, and informative. I really appreciated her clear and straightforward instructions, both on land and on the raft. She also had plenty of dad jokes to last the entire trip ;) Overall, I would recommend this tour for first time rafters of all ages! If I find myself back in the area in the future, I may try out one of the more advanced tours!

We did the half day tour which lasted about three hours or so. River was low for the season, but was still really fun. We were able to jump off a rack into the river, which was refreshing.
