I drive over a half and hour, passing lots of pediatricians, to go to this office. She is incredibly knowledgeable, caring, patient, attentive and personable. She has correctly diagnosed and treated my children every time. She doesn't prescribe unnecessary medication and does not hesitate to prescribe if necessary. She always listens to my concerns and takes her time with my kids. She is great to tell me if my concerns should be concerning or if I am just worrying about something for nothing, but she says it in such a sweet way. I walk away feeling respected and cared for too. Somehow, with all of the time we feel she spends with us, she is still very punctual. When we have had emergencies and have to see another doctor in the office, they have always been caring and perceptive to the needs of my kids. I trust my children's care with anyone in the office. The front desk is always amazing. Their nurses call line has been very helpful. Again, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my kids.

Danielle is a wonderful provider that has the love for helping children feel like themselves again. She always makes sure my children know whats going on and helps me understand their treatments. Taylor is her nurse that always makes the kids feel comfortable and laughing. Lynette at the front desk always makes us feel welcome, comfortable and important. I have read other reviews and I disagree with a few and quite angry with a couple. We have always been treated like we are the only family that matters, our calls are answered and when I forget an appointment, I can always get another one. If there have been problems, it is taken care of right away. My issue was when I brought my child in on the wrong day. It was my fault, not theirs. I was still greeted and felt respected like any other time. Doctors offices, dentists, big box stores, day cares, schools...whatever business it is, everyone makes mistakes. I know for our family (and a few other families I know), we have always been treated with nothing but respect and love for our children, us as parents, and any issues that could arise. I love this clinic. I love the 3 ladies that run it as smoothly as they do. I don't know how they do it with a smile on their faces. I am truly grateful for what they have done for my kids.

The lady on the phone told me just to wait at home and go 15-20 minutes before the end of my wait time. The website updated properly and even sent me a text saying that I was next in line. I arrived 2 hours later within the 20 minute window. When I got there they told me it would be another 2 hour wait and that I should have just come in and got in line. That is not ok. I would have gone to the office two hours earlier and waited there instead of at home. My schedule did not allow me another 2 hours of waiting. So I was forced to go home and self medicate with expired antibiotics. This is why antibiotic resistance is so high! People have no choice!! Ogden clinic is trash. Don't go there!

If you are not okay with listening to people talk Spanish more than English, this is NOT the place for you. Be aware that wait times can be long. This is due to the old fashioned care they give each patient. They won't rush you. If you have questions they will give you answers. Have concerns they will listen. I utilized Ogden clinic for their medical weight treatment program for my family. the consult was…read morethe worst. The NP spent the entire visit talking about her recent liposuction and tummy tuck. We didn't get any answers and it was an hour long visit about her. Then they billed us $150 for a no show visit and also billed us for the visit. I emailed the office manager about the confusion but was told they had a no-show policy? but we didn't no-show?? Then I emailed and Ogden clinic director explaining the situation and telling them I would not pay the bill. They would not remove the bill, since I didn't pay they sent me to collections, I wrote emails and letters and tried to resolve the issue but then I was SERVED a court notice I was being sued by Ogden clinic for $150! the claim was that I received care that I didn't pay for?? I didn't receive any care for the $150 fee and it was an error on the part of Ogden clinic that I was charged for a visit and a no-show on the same date. I have had similar issues with Ogden clinic in the past. I would recommend avoiding them if you want to have fair service and actual care. I don't want anyone to be charged for care not received and then sued for not paying an erroneous bill. There is such better care without billing errors at other healthcare systems everywhere else.
