At that time I did not know it would cause any issue, until I ran my AC. I heard a noise which was never there before the cleaning. I called the owner and explained to him I hear a noise while running my AC. He refused to listen and troubleshoot. I had to call someone to do a diagnostic check on my AC and it was identified that the line set needed to adjusted back to its position. Once adjusted the noise was gone. Superior Air Duct Cleaning caused me unnecessary cost to get something fixed that they caused. Bad business model. Don't hire these people. They will not take responsibility of any post service complaints.

I submitted an inquiry and received a response and quote the next business day. I asked about availability and they initially quoted about 1 week for servicing, but they had a cancelation and were about to come the next day. Although the service was a tad pricey, I booked with them. The owner John arrived on time, cleaned my vent, and pulled the debris trapped in the hose. It took him about 20 minutes and he was in and out. I paid via cc and I forgot to ask for a receipt, so I sent an email to request the paid invoice. To my surprise, they sent the digital receipt almost instantly. Wasn't expecting it that quick, but they were on top of it. The communication was clear, the work was good and they were very responsive. Two thumbs up!

We paid them $420. What a rip off. The men came to clean our furniture and left with the furniture stained and dirtier than before they started. We believe they used old water or old protectant or something. They did not remove the stains and did not clean in between the cushions. They did not use a deodorizer that we could smell. They did a horrible job. We had to scrub our sofa and loveseat ourselves for fear they damaged our furniture, a waste of our Friday night, and I have photos and videos for proof. I called to file a complaint. They sent two men out to our house to redo the cleaning. This was a total inconvenience and a waste of our Saturday. I called again and requested to speak to a manager or supervisor to request a refund, or at the very least a partial refund. I was told "the manager/supervisor have to return your call within 24-48 hours". No one called. I am very displeased with their service, customer service overall and would not recommend them to anyone.

He took his time…read moreto make sure that it was cooling correctly in the house then went outside and cleaned the condenser unit. My biggest problem is with the company itself, when I originally bought my furnace and air unit I was told that by joining the club that they would call me twice a year to set up the appointments for the cleaning and inspections. That was 3 years ago and so far I have had to call every time that I had them here for the cleanings I would think that they would want to have them done at the beginning of the season. This being July half the summer is over if my air conditioning was not working right I would have been wasting energy. Now I have to wait till January to get my furnace actually checked unless there is a problem again that is halfway or more through the season, I still believe that it should be done at the beginning of the season not halfway through it. Chris done everything that is listed below just like the second guy did from last year. The technician took his time to clean up the outdoor unit of my air conditioning. He rinsed it then he sprayed soap on it then he rinsed it again I was surprised at how much dirty water came out of it considering I've got no trees around the unit. This is the second spring that I've had them out to do the air conditioning check he done a lot more than the first guy did.

We chose Ainsley after a personal recommendation and because Tom (owner) and Jordan assured us we'd…read morereceive excellent service. We purchased their top-tier A/C system, upgraded media filter, and 12-year warranty for over $14,000. The installation, led by Shane, was completed in early June, but within 3 1/2 weeks the system stopped cooling. On June 29, we discovered the upgraded media filter we paid for had never been installed, our old rusted drain pan remained, and a wire blocked attic access. Technician Mike confirmed the 1-inch filter was improperly installed with large air gaps and later found the system appeared undercharged with refrigerant. On June 30, Technician Mike evacuated and recharged the refrigerant, but the house still wouldn't cool and we had to sleep in our basement. On July 1, Technician Conner suspected issues with both the line set and ductwork. He recommended line set replacement. We shut the system off because it made the house hotter and more humid, rented a commercial dehumidifier from Home Depot, and again slept in the basement. On July 2, installers led by Jacob replaced the line set using bright white line-hide on our brown house. After I stopped the work, Jordan obtained approval to have it professionally painted. Installation manager Ron also promised reimbursement for our dehumidifier, a refund for the uninstalled media filter, ductwork repairs, and follow-up scheduling. After the line set replacement, the system cooled, but over the holiday weekend thermostat error codes repeatedly shut it down. Keith (another manager) instructed us to reset the breakers until another technician could come. On July 7, Tech Matt reviewed the system and found error codes dating back to late June. He concluded the air handler was working much harder than it should because of poor airflow and acknowledged the problems would likely continue until the ductwork issues were corrected. By then, our electric bill had increased by over $200, despite replacing a 30+ year-old system with a high-efficiency unit. As of July 7, despite paying in full, we are still waiting on a $625 refund for the media filter that was never installed, approximately $250 reimbursement for the dehumidifier, and scheduling of the ductwork repairs and the painter. We have had to repeatedly call Ainsley ourselves, often waiting hours for updates. We understand that problems can happen with any installation. Our frustration is not that issues arose, but that nearly every visit uncovered another installation problem, that communication has largely fallen on us, and that many promised resolutions remain incomplete. We will continue to update this review as the situation progresses.
