They seemed to do a good job so when i bought a new house Icalled them to get the furnace going for me. Guess what? Yep cracked heat exchanger gotta replace the whole thing. So... I called a competitor, they explained that the tiny cracks (which he showed me on a magnification camera) are normal heat stress and there is nothing to worry about with my furnace. Back up and running for about $70 for other parts. Recently (years later) my mother in law called Baron to do a pre season inspection and startup. Guess what? Yep cracked heat exchanger. They run a good scam and If you must call them, get a second free opinion from a competitor to verify their overpriced scam diagnosis.

The service tech they sent, Jerry, although a young man in his early 20s, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
