When I walked inside I was amazed at how large the interior was. It was crammed packed with everything you could possibly need for a beach day including chairs, towels, beach bags, toys, masks, flippers, coolers, flip flops, bathing suits, hats, and sunscreen. If you forgot it, they got it! They also had a large selection of souvenirs and what looked an an endless assortment of clothes emblazoned with Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton. The customer service is terrible, management doesn't help customers but wants lower status employees to stand next to dressing room to ensure no guest are stealing. I worked there for a day and never returned. I was being watched like a hawk from every angle and as a fellow employee why not ask if I'm getting the hang of the job. But they didnt, they make you keep re folding the same selection of sweatshirts for your shift. The items are overpriced and have no real value, majority of the selection they have can be found on temu or amazon for way cheaper and affordable price. Any clothing item that contains graphics are printed in store by amateurs and is why once washed they peel. read more

Wings. What a place. It's been around for years. And I mean a long time. In another life, in our youth (yes,boys and girls, we had a youth) we lived in Deerfield Beach in 1986...Wings was there, right where it is now, just a block or so from the Deerfield Beach pier. It's got everything a tourist might want to buy to commemorate their visit to the Deerfield Beach Boca Raton area. Hats. T-shirts. Swimsuits. Mugs. Glasses. sun visors. Maps. Beach towels. Buttons. I mean everything. All emblazoned with different communities in South Florida but focusing on this area. The staff were friendly which was nice cause considering they get a zillion tourists walking through a day it surprised me that they had smiles on their faces and actually said hello, especially to an old man taking a lot of photos saying he was posting them all To yelp. Parking is right in front of the store entrance. Don't park there if you are going to the beach. You'll get in bad trouble. Check them out even if you're a local. It's really a hoot. I went with my sister to get a cute sweatshirt to remember my trip to the beach. The employees were extremely rude to us when we were trying to find the right size sweatshirt. They didn't want anyone touching any clothes so that they didn't have to fold anything. They made us feel terrible even though we did not do anything. I do not recommend going here because the employees are terrible and don't respect the customers even when the customers are respectful. They need to get a better attitude. All the staff does is give dirty looks and complain about having to do work. It's your job. Don't come here. read more

Great place to get souvenirs!! This place is huge and has a nice variety of things to choose from. It's walking distance from the beach but they also have their own parking right in front of the store. This is the place to go to get some memories of Florida to bring home. I'm surprised to be the first to write a review. They have some nice t-shirts for $10, little trinkets, postcards 5 for $1 and just about everything you need. The staff is also really friendly and helpful as well. I will be stopping by here again when I'm back in Florida. read more

Forget about this store. Refunds are none . They will fight you on broken merchandise and even stole my receipt-for over $500 on clothes I. BOught for grand kids so I could not return any more. They said after asking to see receipt they could not find it. I left store without receipt. Don't be fooled by this hi priced tourist attraction. Target much better prices and only 1 mile away. They were also very rude. I will never walk in there again. I got skunked!! read more

Best selection in the immediate area for everything and anything you may forget when you go to the beach; chairs, inflatable crap for the kids, bathing suits, you name it. Prices are fair for the area but you can certainly do better if you buy beforehand. +1 star for some of the most awful tie dye shirts I've ever seen. Gotta love Florida. read more

I stopped in to Wings to get a car magnet and a shirt. They had exactly the magnet I needed, and while they did not have a shirt in my size that I was happy with, the young lady was incredibly helpful in designing and printing a custom shirt for me. I appreciate the extra mile she went, and I will be back during my next visit! Just meh. They boast a vast selection of corny, beachy souvenirs and the prices are what you'd expect for that sort of place, so that's fair. That said, the cashier was positively joyless, to a downright painful extent. Just being in her presence was like throwing away a small but irreplaceable piece of your soul. Not only did they have NO TODDLER apparel but the second we stepped off the property to cross the street they called the parking patrol to put a $65 boot on our vehicle. I use to shop here as kid growing up. This place has changed because the customer service sucks...went here last night with my wife to look for something she needed for our upcoming vacation. The staff gave us dirty looks and were not friendly as they were busy in personal conversations. One woman was carrying her dog around, which I did not figure she was working there; i guess she was working the register. I needed to use the restroom and so we left to find one and the same lady with the dog just busted out the door and said we cant leave our car in the parking lot. I bought a dress in size 3X and it didn't fit when i got home even though I'm a 1X usually. Tried to return it and they only do exchanges. Unfortunately they have no other plus sizes. wings has a large variety of deerfield beach and boca raton t-shirts among other beach necessities and souvenirs. i would of rated wings - deerfield beach 4 stars had i not experienced the problem i explain below. be sure to check your receipt for accuracy because i was charged for an item that i did not purchase. note that it was the owner (yuval) and his daughter (anat) that rang me up at the register. it became a hastle to receive my money back. i spoke with the owner (yuval) and ultimately the owner's daughter (anat, which is part owner) and the female store manager issued me a credit. they were 100% unapologetic about the hassle that i experienced. i had spent over $180.00 in their store. i will not be returning. it leads me to believe they may be scamming tourists. check your receipt for accuracy!!!!!!! read more

Typical beach retail store for all the stuff you forgot you need to make your beach day complete. They get five stars purely on customer service. Long story short: I got a defective snorkel and had to make an exchange when there were no other units available. The manager and her staff were helpful and made sure I left as a satisfied customer. I live two blocks from Wings and for years I have been patronizing them. I recently had two bad experiences. One of which I was standing at the register waiting patiently for someone to help me as I was interested in a beach sign that was hung behind the register. A very nasty sales woman said "what do you want" not may I help you. I asked what the price of the sign was and it was like I asked to move a mountain. She very rudely answered me not even asking if I would like it or not. The second bad experience was I had recently purchased two buggy boards fir my grandchildren. I opened the two of them from the plastic One buggy board had a wrist band the other did not. I immediately contacted the store and spoke to a nice gentleman who said bring it back and we will exchange it. Upon arrival I had the packaging with the sticker that said wings along with the price. The nasty saleswoman along with another sales lady gave me a horrible time saying that they check all the boggie boards when they come off the truck and all of them are checked for wristlets. I told them that this one was missing one. I had to literally stand there and argue with the both of them. Really? Would I want to steal a wrist band after proving to them that I purchased it there? Finally after arguing one of the sales women went to the manager whom I originally spoke with and came back with a wrist band. Thank you. I will NEVER shop here again. The help is belligerent and so nasty. Not welcoming at all. read more

Customers beware! I've read on other review sites as well as my own experience that this place is looking rip off people. Customer service was horrible to say the least. The owner was rude and not helpful at all. Any question we asked was not received well and response was rude and aloof. At check out shirts that were clearly marked buy 1 get 1 and shown to us by the owner and workers were charged as full price. When we confronted owner he refused sale price and said "these 2 are excluded from sale" well every shirt we brought up to the register seemed to be excluded. He then in a huff and yelling showed us the 3 shirts that were I included in the sale thought the signs were everywhere on every sale table of shirts! After numerous trips back and forth trying to pick out shirts with teenagers we got so livid we left our bundle of to be purchases and left without so much of an apology or 'let me help you' he seemed too entranced by the two drunk girls loitering. Oh he was all smiles for them even though we were the group of eight with the cash and loads of merchandise. Of all the wonderful experiences I have had in my travels with Wings locations, this by far was worse than worse. read more
